From the reception to the farewell, we felt very comfortable with the Franke family. The vacation rental is already furnished, we did not miss anything! The garden, seating areas and private jetty on the lake are a dream and lovingly prepared, simply beautiful! We traveled to Berlin by train every day, one way took 38 minutes, and we were able to "tick off" our sightseeing points in peace. We will definitely come back.

Super nice vacation

Super beautiful vacation apartment where nothing is missing. Owners are super friendly and present but by no means intrusive even though they live on the same property. Perfect equipment and cleanliness. Pure relaxation. Shopping a bit further away but doable. We will come back !!

Perfect for a relaxing stay near Berlin!

We regularly come to Berlin to visit relatives and have found the perfect accommodation for a summer stay with this great place. Shopping facilities and the S-Bahn connection are a few kilometers away, but you also have total peace and relaxation when you need a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. The trampoline and the bathing dock were the highlights for the children! Super nice hosts! We didn't miss anything! We will come back!

Holiday home for relaxing

In this outstanding accommodation, nothing is missing. Very nice and very clean house with its own garden area and lots of play opportunities for children. Then there's the lake right outside the door, and of course, let's not forget the very friendly landlords. Highly recommended. We will gladly come back.

Great apartment * Great location * Nice landlords * Simply top!

We spent a wonderful short break with our two children in the holiday apartment of the Franke family. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Even games and books for the children were available. The property is beautiful and very quiet. You can relax here. We lacked nothing. The children could let off steam in the garden, table tennis/trampoline/nest swing/sandbox/outdoor games, everything was available. Bicycles are available for use.

The absolute highlight was, of course, the short walk to the lake with a private jetty. We liked to sit there, especially in the evening at sunset. A fantastic view.

During the day we were in Berlin by bus/train. We did not need the car. A bus stop is only a few meters from the holiday apartment.

Thank you Franke family for the nice stay with you. We would love to come back!

Very beautiful and quiet.

We are totally thrilled! The equipment is completely sufficient, the area around it is a dream and absolutely quiet. The Franke family is very warm and friendly; we were able to book an additional night at short notice because we liked it so much.

Conclusion: Pure relaxation and we will come back someday and recommend this little idyll to our friends :-)

The best holiday we had

Every mum of small wild children knows this... it is difficult to find accommodation that is suitable. The Franke family has everything a child's heart desires. As parents, you also feel right at home. While the children are free to run around, the adults can have a barbecue and chat in a relaxed atmosphere. It was definitely the best experience. Thank you, dear Franke family. We will be back in eight weeks and will recommend you warmly.

different than expected

Positives: bathing jetty, induction plate, ceramic pan, leisure facilities in the area.

Apart from that, we were disappointed. We did not use the large property with playground and barbecue area, firstly because we always make day trips and secondly because we did not want to expose ourselves to the large mosquito population. So we only rate the living area. In contrast to the property, it is rather small. It is not clear from the description that the toilet and shower are one floor below (accessible via a relatively narrow staircase). The bedroom, living room and kitchen area are practically one room. We knew beforehand that there was no dishwasher, but the rest of the kitchen equipment is very poor. Far too few soda/water glasses, coffee mugs, plates, cutlery etc.. Hardly any sockets in the whole apartment. No toilet paper, no thermos flask, and so on. According to the "Equipment (appliances and accessories)" the apartment has bed linen and towels. However, you learn that bed linen costs extra in the "Information of the landlord"; you don't learn that towels also cost extra (10€ per set). Only cash payment possible. Based on the description of the apartment and the existing reviews, we expected something completely different.

We will definitely be back!

I do not know where to start... The owners/landlords are so warm and nice you can come with any concerns and ask for help, always more than nice and obliging! You are also welcome here with children who do not tick normally (our son is autistic) The flat is furnished with a lot of love, there is really nothing missing! The location is an absolute dream! You can hear the ants coughing here :D . The outdoor area is very very large and so fantastic for every age there is something to start with the trampoline, the swing, the sandpit and so much more for the kiddies. There are two outdoor seating areas, one of which is covered and even has a heat source for the colder days, and the other is outdoors with a barbecue. The whole area is fenced. As we have a family friend nearby who we visit regularly, this is definitely not the last time we will be here. I can more than recommend this lovely holiday home with a clear conscience! Thank you for the wonderful stay and see you SOON! ♡

Pure relaxation! Nature and nature again!

A holiday like in the old days. If you want to let time stand still, you can do it here!
Greenery, the scent of flowers from the gardens, birdsong, extensive forest walks on one side of the holiday flat, romantic sunrises and sunsets on the other side of the holiday flat at Lake Krossin on the private jetty. In the evening, enjoy the starry night on the trampoline, play table tennis or simply have a barbecue. Whatever your heart desires! In the morning, I took the bicycle provided and rode to the village bakery in Niederlehme, just like I did when I was young... Recreation for soul and spirit! I can also highly recommend the bakery. :)
What more could you want and need?
Accommodation is super clean, quiet and in the middle of nature. If you want to enjoy a digital break, you can do it here to the fullest.
I can only recommend it, especially for children! (We were able to observe many animals during our walks in the forest)

Family holiday with grandchild

We spent very nice holidays in very good accommodation with our grandson in the holiday home of the Franke family. We had everything we needed on holiday. Hot summer days, refreshment in the water, relaxation in the holiday home.
We would also like to thank the Franke family for their friendliness!

Ankommen > Wohlfühlen > Abreisen um wieder zu kommen

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr angenehm eingerichtet und war super sauber und gepflegt. Es fehlte uns und besonders unserer Kleinen an nichts. Im Gegenteil, das Trampolin, der Sandkasten, die Schaukel und die vielen Sachen mehr, die wir nutzen durften, einfach Spitze.
Bei solch einer Ausstattung darf sich der ein oder andere Feriendomizilvermieter gern eine Scheibe von Familie Franke abschneiden.
Die Möglichkeit das Ruderboot, die Fahrräder, den Grill und vieles mehr zu nutzen runden die ganze Sache noch ab.
Wir schließen uns bei den positiven Bewertungen und netten Worten unserer Vorredner einfach an und möchten noch hinzufügen:

Super schöner Mini-Urlaub

Alles war super schön und sauber und ordentlich. Familie Franke waren so lieb und zuvorkommend zu uns. Wir haben uns gefühlt als ob wir bei Familie Ferien machen. Freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal.
Umgebung schön ruhig und das Wasser sehr angenehm.
Es ist zu empfehlen, mit eigenem Auto dort zu sein. Aber wir haben es auch ohne Auto geschafft, einkaufen zu gehen. Und es gibt auch Fahrräder!
Also absolut zu empfehlen!

wunderschöner und erlebnisreicher Urlaub

Eine topsaubere und gemütliche Unterkunft. Die Vermieter sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Besonders schön empfanden wir das Grundstück selbst und den Weg zum See. In 2 Minuten ist man am Steg und es kann ins Wasser gehen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Super Unterkunft

Man hat quasi sein eigenes kleines Häuschen, mit eigener Einfahrt.
Wir waren mit unseren zweijährigen Sohn und es war alles Vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Es gab auch jede menge Spielzeug für den kleinen.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Man kann, wenn man möchte, gesellige Abende mit den Vermietern verbringen. Wir nutzten auch das angebotene Schlauchboot.

Alles war sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet.
Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Familienurlaub! Tagsüber Berlin entdecken und Abend die Ruhe genießen und entspannen!

Fünf Sterne geben wir gerne! Wir hatten eine tolle Woche bei Familie Franke. Es begann mit einem sehr netten Kontakt von der Buchung, über ein herzliches Willkommen am Anreisetag bis zur Verabschiedung - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Der kleine separate Ferienhaus bietet einer kleinen Familie genügend Platz, man hat alles was man braucht um sich wohl zu fühlen. Es ist tip top sauber, das kennen wir aus keiner anderen Ferienwohnung so. Es ist analles gedacht was die Ausstattung angeht, das einzige was man nicht hat ist ein Backofen. Wenn man möchte ist man ganz für sich, man nutzt eine separate Hofeinfahrt, hat seine eigene kleine Terasse mit Grill und den privaten Weg zum einen Steg am See. Dennoch ist Familie Franke immer da, wenn man sie braucht und man kann auch den ein oder anderen geselligen Abende mit ihnen verbringen.
Vom Ferienhaus aus erreicht man via Auto alle kleinen Städtchen innerhalb 10/15 min um dort mit der S-Bahn nach Berlin zu fahren, besser geht es nicht. Einkausmöglichkeiten gibt es auch, diese sind per Auto gut und schnell erreichbar. Wer ein bisschen mehr bummeln möchte fährt ins A10 Center nach Wildau ca. 15 min mit dem PKW. Den Bäcker im Ort erreicht man per Fahrrad oder auch zu Fuß, die Brötchen sind günstig und lecker.
Also unser Fazit lautet: Das wird wiederholt und zwar sehr sehr gern! Kann man auf jedenfall weiterempfehlen!

Einfach top

Wir hatten schöne 5 Nächte bei Familie Franke.
Die fewo ist super geeignet für Familien mit Kindern.
Draußen der eigene Garten mit sitzecke, autostellplatz, Trampolin, tischtennisplatte, Sandkasten und genügend Spielsachen für die Kids.
Der See mit bootsanleger und badewiese ist schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Fahrräder haben wir auch ein paar mal genutzt.
Besonders interessant ist die direkte Nähe zu Berlin.
Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln, die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt.
Wir kommen gerne noch einmal wieder.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir waren sehr sehr gut zufrieden alles sehr sauber und für Kinder nur zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist auch super da man überall wohl schnell hin kommt... Familie Franke sehr nett und in der Ferienwohnung hat man wirklich ckloch alles was man braucht... Wir werden auf jeden Fall noch mal wieder kommen hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen

100% wohlfühlen

In dieser Ferienwohnung haben wir uns als Familie mit Kleinkind super wohl gefühlt! Von Hochstuhl und Babybett bis zum Kinderbuch und Kindergeschirr war alles vorhanden! Von den tausend Spiel-und Schwimmsachen in der Garage (auch ein Stühlchen für draußen und ein Buggy ist vorhanden!) gar nicht zu sprechen. Auch wir als Erwachsene haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt. So eine saubere und wohnlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung hatten wir schon lange nicht mehr. Die Vermieter sind super nett, aber auch zurückhaltend, wenn man das so möchte :-) Der eigene Seezugang mit Privatweg toppt aber nicht den Garten mit Trampolin, Tischtennisplatte, Grillecke, Sandkasten, Nestschaukel,... Zum See sind wir mit den Fahrrädern gefahren (ca. 10min. - 15min.),welche auch in sehr gutem Zustand sind. Zum einkaufen muss man ein Stück fahren, was aber mit dem Auto (10min.))oder auch dem Fahrrad kein Problem ist. das Auto darf man auf dem Grundstück parken. Ein einziger kleiner Abzugspunkt ist, dass zurzeit in diesem Ferienhaus mit Brunnenwasser gekocht und geduscht wird. Reine Gewöhnungssache, Vermieterin sagte, für Erwachsene unbedenklich und für Kinder hat sie uns extra zwei 5l Kanister Wasser gebracht. Fam. Franke meinte, dass das eine "Baustelle" in nächster Zeit sein wird. Wer hier Urlaub machen möchte, um zu entspannen, zu baden und seinem Kind einen unvergesslichen Urlaub zu gönnen: 100% Empfehlung!

Super Ferienwohnung 5 Sterne verdient

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit bei Familie Franke verbracht. Familie Franke sind sehr gastfreundlich. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön ausgerichtet, sauber mit allem was man im Urlaub benötigt. Vorallem für Kinder ist eine tolle Spielecke mit Sandkasten und Schaukel eingerichtet.
Das gesamte Grundstück ist ein tolles vorzeige Grundstück.
Wir wünschen den Gastgeber weiterhin viel Erfolg.

Alles bestens!

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber - Ausstattung der Wohnung vollkommen ausreichend, neu und zeitgemäß - Nutzung von Fahrrädern, Boot, Grillplatz, Sielplatz inklusive - kinderfreundliche Badestelle mit Schatten spendenden Bäumen und flach abfallendem Ufer in der Nähe - viele Attraktionen in näherer Umgebung (Berlin). Vielen Dank an Fam. Franke für eine sehr schöne und erlebnisreiche Woche. Nur ein Manko: die vielen "blutdürstigen" Mücken. Aber dafür kann man Frankes nicht verantwortlich machen und wenn man sich schützt, ist es auch halb so schlimm.

gemütliche Ferienwohnung in wunderschönem Berliner Umland

Wir haben erholsame 4 Tage in der Ferienwohnung der Familie Franke verbracht. Die Lage des Hauses ist wunderbar. Direkt am Crossinsee. Wir durften das Ruderboot der Familie für einen Ausflug auf dem See verwenden. Rettungswesten für Kinder inklusive...unsere sind 4 und 7. Auch die zur Verfügung stehenden Fahrräder haben wir genutzt....waren für unsere kids allerdings ein bisschen groß. Der Kinderbauernhof ganz in der Nähe kam super bei uns an und unser Ausflug zur Allwetter Bobbahn war super. Geangelt haben wir
mit Rettungswesten direkt vom privaten Bootssteeg aus. Den Fisch konnten wir dann auch abends grillen.Frau Franke, danke nochmal für den so effektiven Grillanzünder.
Der Außensitzbereich ist auch sehr gemütlich.
Schaukel und Sandkasten kamen bei den Kindern super an. Das Ferienhaus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gemütlich. Die Kiste mit Kinderbüchern, kleinen Autos und Gesellschaftsspielen haben unsere Kinder interessiert bespielt.
Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und können das Ferienhaus für Familien mit max. 2 Kindern weiter empfehlen.

Urlaub bei Frankes

Es war alles sehr schön bei Frankes. Unterkunft ist sauber, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Man kann viel drum herum unternehmen wie z.B. der Scharmützelbob, Wildpark oder Angeln am Krossinsee oder in Klein Wall. Vielen Dank für alles.
