The owner's family has realized a dream herein and embodies the highest standards of quality and living environment. The house is situated on a hill in a secluded location on a terraced garden property of about 5000 sqm with entrance gate (electrically open), access and parking spaces. On the plot are already several cherry trees, also many young fruit trees and ornamental shrubs were created. The house and grounds offer an unforgettable and almost indescribable views of the hilly landscape of the Marche to the Adriatic, which can be seen in clear weather on the horizon, small villages up to the high and long with snow capped mountains of the Apennines to the west. Villa Liliana is very scenic on a quiet hillside in the center of Asotales where offer to beautiful walks in the area, bicycles can be rented, old monasteries, churches and castles invite you to visit the National Park of Sibillini Mountains (30 km) or the beaches of the Adriatic (24 km) can be reached in about 20 minutes. The small, grown old place Montalto delle Marche with city walls and cathedral can be reached within 6 km, a local business and in about 900 meters, the ancient and famous provincial capital Ascoli Piceno in about 40 km. Special Tip: The riverbed just 200 meters from the Aso, whose clean water flowing from the mountains into the Adriatic Sea, invites for a refreshment! The province of Ascoli Piceno is located in the southern part of the Marche on the border with Abruzzo region.
