Through the ornate oak door you enter the spacious living room and through the high panoramic arches an unforgettable view opens up for you over the infinity pool, which seems to merge with the sea and the landscape. From the modern open kitchen, your view will alternate between the White Mountains to the west and the sea to the north - decide for yourself which is more appealing.
Selected comfortable and high-quality furniture in the house, in the atrium and on the panoramic terrace offer relaxation possibilities for up to 8 people. Enjoy the blood-red sunsets from the heated whirlpool and look forward to cool drinks under the large shady pool deck. And when you've had your fill of boundless sea views, we're sure the picturesque courtyard will cast a special spell on you. Location and surroundings of object
Villa Rimondi is located about 3 km from the villages of Atsipopolou and Prines, where you will find tavernas and shopping facilities. 4 holiday villas are located here in absolute peace and nature on a total of approx. sqm. Rimondi is situated in the front in an isolated location on 4500 sqm of fenced area. The beach is about 6 km away and Rethymnon about 5 km. Atsipopoulo is situated above the bay of Rethymnon. If you drive on the old national road from Rethymnon, you will come directly to Atsipopoulo. Many residents of Rethymnon have built their detached houses there, and numerous shops and other commercial enterprises have settled there. If you drive from Atsipopoulo to Prines, you will find the taverna "Giannikos" on the right-hand side, which also serves as a kafenion. This also includes the tables and chairs on the small, cosy village square right next to it, which is shaded by some large trees. Just opposite is the smaller of Prines' two mini-markets. The old village centre is behind the taverna "Giannikos". If you continue along the old national road for 100 m in the direction of Georgioupolis, you will see Antonis' taverna "The Olive" on the right-hand side. Here you can eat Greek dishes prepared by mum every day. Dad grills and Antonis serves. There is also a cosy morning pint here. Almost opposite is the larger of the two mini-markets and the local citizens' office. At the end of the village there is a petrol station on the right, a butcher's shop and a country store, and at the very end there is the cafe "Gesthimani" with a snack bar. The village of Atsipopoulo has almost all the shops you could wish for within easy reach.
