The Villa Agatha is a beautiful Tuscan stone house near the coast in Monteverdi Marittima, which was comfortably restored and generously provides space with 6 bedrooms for up to 12 people. The villa is only 5 minutes drive from the nearest town and only about 25 minutes drive from the coast. The 6 bedroom villa has a private bathroom and are equipped with air conditioning and heating. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with double bed with private bathroom with shower, which is also suitable for the disabled with its own access from the outside. Moreover, still on the ground floor a dining room with fireplace and professionally well-equipped kitchen of the villa. In addition, the ground floor another apartment with double bedroom and ensuite bathroom with shower and separate entrance. On the first floor there are 4 further bedrooms, all double bedrooms with double bed. One of the bedrooms has a private access from the outside via a staircase. The spacious property is quiet and fenced. As of spring 2016, the villa has as mentioned next to the Jacuzzi and a private pool. The picture in the description shows the pool even as a study. In addition, guests also a ping pong table available. The beautiful location, the tasteful decor of the room and the proximity to the coast make the villa a great holiday home in Tuscany, in which privacy can be combined beautifully with beach excursions.

The villa is located about 25 Km from the coast around Monteverdi Marittimo. We should also mention that from here reach the charmaten Bolgheri very good in just about 20 minutes. Bolgheri, the closest known location in the Villa has become famous in recent years, not least through the Sassicaia wine around. There are many small shops, cafes and restaurants. A nice spot for shopping, but above all, to let dangle the soul, very close to the coast.

One summer in Tuscany
The Podere Cafaggio is located in the surrounding hills typical for Tuscany, and that was the decisive reason for our holiday home choice. Due to its favourable geographical location to the Etruscan coast and beautiful cities such as Siena, Volterra or San Gimignano, this domicile is highly recommended. In addition to the opportunities for relaxation on the spacious property and the pool, lovingly designed tours to the cultural sites of Tuscany are always possible. In the combination of relaxation and cultural activities, Podere Cafaggio leaves nothing to be desired and is always worth a trip.
