Description
The outdoor area is very well laid out. Greenery, flowers and terraces dominate the picture. Garden furniture, 2 sun loungers and a brick barbecue with a small outdoor kitchen invite you to linger. A special highlight is certainly the beginning of 2013 installed whirlpool.
The house we offer you a total area of approximately 100 square meters was part rustic, part modern facilities. It is bright and has all the comforts so that it is really pointless to go into details. Therefore, we introduce the interior on only briefly.
The living room has a comfortable sofa, a television with satellite antenna for receiving German television programs, a small stereo with CD player and a DVD player. An Internet connection via Wi-Fi can be used free of charge.
In the kitchen everything is there: a 4-burner gas hob, oven, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and a dishwasher.
One bedroom has a double bed with two single mattresses (each 80 x 200 m). The other bedroom is equipped with a sofa bed that folds size of 160 x 200 m has. Both bedrooms each has another TV.
One bathroom has a bath, toilet and sink, the other bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. A hair dryer is ready. Of course there is also a washing machine available for use.
For cooler evenings there are two portable gas heaters with filled cylinders available. If the gas cylinders be empty, euros will be charged for the exchange per cylinder.

Location and surroundings of object
On an approximately 700 m² large nature and garden plot detached holiday house "Casa Mirada" was built. It is located at about 700 meters above the village "Chio", in a quiet location.
From here one is uphill after a few kilometers in the National Park "Cañadas del Teide" and down in about 15 minutes on one of the sunniest beaches of Tenerife z. B. Playa San Juan or Playa de la Arena. This coastal area is one of the warmest regions in Tenerife, you can enjoy almost 365 days of sunshine a year. Distances by car:
South Airport about 40 minutes
North Airport 80 minutes
Playa San Juan about 20 minutes
Playa de la Arena 20 minutes
Playa de Las Americas / Los Cristianos about 25 minutes

Tenerife is the largest of the Canary Islands and has by the volcanic Mount Teide (3718m), the highest peak in Spain. Accordingly versatile presents the landscape in which we find all vegetation levels fully developed. The mild climate and the diversity of nature make the island a hiking paradise.

Pleasant temperatures, players can choose to Tenerife, which are the most diverse demands of the seven golf courses. In addition, one has from the golf courses of superb views of the mountains of the island and of course the Atlantic Ocean.
The beautifully and individually designed courses are mostly in the south. But golfers who prefer the green north of Tenerife have not naturally do without their sport. All golf courses on Tenerife conjure by the local flora and fauna a Canarian flair and are considered very well maintained.
