After a change of ownership of this beautiful and well maintained apartment is re-rented.
The apartment is located in the lower front part a holiday home
and can accommodate 3 people.
It has a separate entrance with a small balcony with 3 seats.
The Composition of the house is as follows:
In living room there is a double bed, 32 "(80cm) flat screen TV, a dining area, a seating area and wardrobe. This is followed by a small kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, gas stove and microwave 2flammigen connects.
The bath includes washer / dryer, toilet, shower and wash basin.
From the living room a small staircase leads to a little deeper neighborhood of Frankfurt single bedroom.
The apartment is specially insulated, has Thermopaneverglasung with shutters, air conditioning, electric. Fireplace, safe, etc.
A 2nd shower stall is located right on the doorstep.

The apartment is just down the road, 100m from the sandy beach
The bay is well suited for family holidays.
From the house to the beautiful beach of Cala Romantica is only about 100m. (1 min walk)
From here you can continue to the two northern, also very beautiful, walk sister bays or for about 2km southern natural Cala Varques hike.
There are around the bay only 2 bungalow-hotels. The rest consists of private bungalows. The urbanization Playa Romantica is located on the east coast of Mallorca and is away from Porto Cristo 3 km. As an established port town of Porto Cristo has all-year life with perennial infrastructure.
Mallorca's second largest city, Manacor, is located only about 12 km away. Supermarket and several restaurants and bars are nearby to find in the urbanization. The image of urbanization is characterized by single-family homes. No skyscrapers!

Wonderful out of season
We were there for the second time within a short time and again enjoyed our stay incredibly. The communication with the landlord worked very quickly and he was always very accommodating.

Dreamlike retreat
We spent Christmas alone in the flat as a young couple. The place and the surroundings were virtually deserted - perfect for escaping the stress of everyday life and Christmas in winter. The accommodation pampered us with all the standards we are used to from home. Self-catering was no problem due to our rental car and the kitchen in the accommodation. Communication with the landlord was always very quick and included tips and insider knowledge for local experiences
We are thrilled and wish to return to Cala Romatica next winter

Wonderful holiday
We have just returned from a wonderful holiday and would like to take this opportunity to recommend the flat to others, and to thank the landlord for a very nice contact. The communication beforehand went smoothly, the key arrived on time, the granny flat is well equipped, clean and nicely furnished, we were welcomed with a basket of wine and nibbles, and immediately felt like we had arrived.
The location is great, it really is only a few steps to the beach, which is incredibly idyllic. The village itself is also lovely, you can set off from the beach for walks and hikes, little shops and the beach restaurant are within walking distance - it's all there. We didn't even use our rental car for a few days.
We were there in the low season and had heavenly peace and quiet - could be different in the high season because there is a hotel complex right next to it, but that is just speculation. We like to come back ;-)

Super ausgestattete Wohnung direkt am Strand
Wir verbrachten 8 Tage in der Wohnung und hatten eine schöne Zeit dort. Zum Empfang stand ein netter Korb mit ein paar Köstlichkeiten bereit, über den wir uns gefreut haben. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Am Strand ist man innerhalb von 2-3 Minuten, es gibt eine kleine Abkürzung direkt gegenüber.
Die Lage ist optimal, wenn man wirklich fernab von allem Urlaub machen möchte und keine Strandpromenade etc. braucht.
Zum Essen gehen lohnt es sich nach Porto Cristo zu fahren, dort gibt es eine größere Auswahl als in der näheren Umgebung.
Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Romantik pur...
Die Ferienwohnung hat hinsichtlich der Austattung keinerlei Wünsche offen gelassen. Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut.
Wir denken ein fairer Preis/Nacht, dafür darf man natürlich keine Luxusausstattung erwarten. Wie gesagt alles vorhanden, wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt.
Hinsichtlich Service kann man einen schnellen und reibungslosen Kontakt zum Vermieter hervorheben, welcher extrem hilfsbereit war. Durch unseren Schlüsselverlust konnte schnell geholfen werden, da er zufällig im selben Zeitraum Privaturlaub in Cala Romantica gemacht hat.
Für diese Art des Urlaubs ist die Lage aus unserer Sicht fantastisch. Cala Romantica ist ebenfalls mit einer Busverbindung an die Umgebung angebunden, jedoch denken wir, dass ein Mietwagen unabdingbar ist, wenn man andere Strände oder Städte erkunden möchte. Wer einen reinen Strandurlaub bevorzugt und nicht unbedingt vielfältige Strände auskundschaften möchte wird hier auch ohne Wagen glücklich. Die beiden wohnungen liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand, ca. 100m und man ist im Sand.
Wir können unseren Urlaub zu Zweit in dieser Ferienwohnung und in Cala Romatica uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Gemütliches Appartement unterhalb Ferienhaus
Wir wurden mit einem Korb mit Oliven, Chips, Sekt und Wein nett empfangen.
Der Vermieter war von Beginn sehr nett und hilfsbereit - gab uns Tipps und war jederzeit erreichbar. Bei Problemen war sofort der Hauswart vor Ort (deutschsprachig).
Man spürt, dass der Vermieter Freude an der Vermietung des Hauses hat und sich sehr um seine Gäste kümmert.
Das Appartement ist grosszügig ausgestattet (WC/Dusche, Küche, Waschmaschine, zwei Schlafräume, Sofa & Tisch, Klimaanlage) und bietet viel Platz. Eine kleine, gemütliche Terrasse gehört dazu. Die zusätzliche Aussendusche ist super, um den Sand abzuspülen.
Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie (8 Personen) vor Ort. Da das Appartement gleich im unteren Bereich des Ferienhauses lag, war es ideal, dass wir beides zusammen mieten konnten.
Die Bucht liegt wenige Fussminuten vom Ferienhaus entfernt und hat ein gemütliches Strandrestaurant mit sehr gutem Essen.

Strandurlaub erster Klasse
Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, in 5 Minuten zum nicht so überlaufenden Strand. Trotz absolutem Andrang auf Mallorca im Jahre 2016 macht die Bucht Cala Romantica ihrem Namen alle Ehre. Romantisch gelegen. Der Startpunkt "Cala Romantica " um Mallorca kennen zu lernen, ist perfekt.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zweckmäßig, durch die vorhanden Waschmaschine fährt man entspannt nach dem Urlaub wieder nach Hause, die Wäsche ist fertig gewaschen. Perfekt. Die Betten sind gut man schläft Romantisch. Küche reicht aus um ein paar kleiner Speisen herzurichten, aber man hat ja Urlaub und geht gerne aus Essen. Dazu gibt es ausreichende Möglichkeiten Fußläufig oder aber auch mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zur Cala Mandia, dort gibt es einen Spar Markt und einige Restaurants mit gutem Preis Leistungsverhältnis.

Strand, Ruhe, Erholung-Was will man mehr!!
nette, kleine Ferienwohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet (außer Backofen ;-) alles da, was man so im Alltag braucht inkl. Begrüßungskorb!! Aufmerksamer Vermieter!
kleiner Fußweg von 100 m zur sehr schönen Bucht mit Liegemöglichkeiten und Strandbar.
Gut geeignet für Wanderungen um die Bucht, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen. Ansonsten sehr ruhiger Ferienort!
