This quietly situated and lovingly furnished holiday home is located in the midst of beautiful countryside and in the immediate vicinity of the Dollart and the Dutch border. Visit the Wadden Sea National Park and experience the unique nature in the German-Dutch House offers space for up to 7 people in three bedrooms and children's room. Cycling enthusiasts will particularly appreciate the flat expanse of the Rheiderland. What could be better than being close to nature, the incomparable landscape and the warm-hearted people of this remote region? The International Dollard Route, the 180 km long insider tip for cycle tourists, passes directly by the landscape polder.
Around the polder house you will find leisure and nature activities worth seeing and experiencing. The charming landscape and culture invite you to extensive explorations and day trips. Excursion destinations such as the health resort of Bad Neuschanz, the Wadden Sea National Park or the quaint fishing village of Ditzum can be reached by bicycle or by a short drive. The East Frisian islands can be reached as a day trip by ferry and invite you to spend a day at the beach.

The house was really wonderful!
"The house was really wonderful! Cosily furnished, large rooms and totally family-friendly! We were warmly welcomed and just felt comfortable all around. Everything was thought of, even a washing machine and dryer were included. We will very much like to come back and spend a summer, in the huge garden."

the description is 100 % correct& the handover of the key went perfectly,the manager is a very sympathetic man with whom you could probably steal horses.it was an all-round successful holiday that fully met our expectations.a little remote and therefore very quiet.

Pure relaxation
We felt extremely comfortable in the polder house. There was everything the heart desires, e.g. a fully equipped kitchen, important for the hobby cook also the swivel grill. We enjoyed a sun terrace and also a covered terrace for rainy days, with deck chairs, parasol and no one looking at our table. The property is spacious and lovingly landscaped. The quiet location was especially important for us stressed city people! We could make very nice excursions from there by bike or car. Mr. Engert, the manager, provided us with good tips and was very helpful. And if we didn't feel like cooking, there were good options in Ditzum or Leer. We have already recommended the Polderhaus to many friends and family.

Polder house
We stayed at the Polder House with a group of adults for a quiet games weekend. The house is ideal for this and we will be back this year. The house is very spacious and well equipped. Cosy rooms, good beds, enough crockery etc. We hardly used the beautiful large garden because we were there in autumn, but everything is available, especially for families with children. The contact with the landlord was quick and smooth and also the handing over of the keys on site was to our complete satisfaction.
The house is a bit off the beaten track and if you are looking for action, you are probably in the wrong place. Shopping facilities are available in the next village.

Great house!

Pure tranquillity
We, six people and two dogs, were only there for a week, but we were surprised by the size of the house. Enough space for everyone, including the two terriers in the garden. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you. The service is also excellent.
