approx. 146 m² flat - 3 bedrooms, one of which was newly furnished in January 2016 (1 x king size bed and 2 x queen size bed) - master bedroom with TV; fitted wardrobes in the bedrooms. 2 bathrooms (1 x shower - 1 x bath), living room with large flatscreen TV, American kitchen with everything you need such as fridge, ice maker, cooker with ceramic hob, oven. Dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, and sufficient crockery and cooking pots are available. Lanai (incl. electric Weber grill). Beautiful view of a landscaped lake. Utility room with washer and dryer; garage. Wi-Fi and telephone within USA free of charge

Welcome to Falling Waters! One of the most beautiful complexes in Florida. The flat is located on a lake surrounded by greenery and palm trees. The attraction of the complex is the beautifully landscaped pool (1000 m² water surface with palm island). It is the second largest pool in Florida. Loungers, shady palm trees, canopies, toilets, showers, lifeguards are just some of the amenities. Clubhouse with communal kitchen, library also with German-language books. the complex also offers 2 tennis courts. Although it is not necessary in safe Naples: FALLING WATERS is 24 h "Secutity gated". As a tenant you will receive a barcode sticker for the car. This allows you to enter the complex at any time. There are many golf courses in the vicinity. To the beach (Gulf of Mexico) about 10 minutes by car. Also to the centre of Naples only a few minutes drive. Naples is a beautiful place. A city with many palm trees. You must have seen the famous "5th Avenue". Many nice shops and restaurants can be found here. Sin City: here you will see many ships in the harbour and of course there are restaurants and shops here too. Naples Pier: Here you can enjoy a great sunset.

The final cleaning 160.00 USD is also to be paid by the tenant in cash on site Deposit: 300.00 € - this amount will be refunded after proper return of the flat within 21 days. Upon conclusion of the rental contract a deposit of 20% is due for payment plus the security deposit. The balance must be paid 6 weeks before arrival. The rental prices already include 7% sales tax, 5% tourist tax Electricity, water, rubbish collection, Wi-Fi and telephone within the USA are included in the rental price. |

Sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus
4 Personen haben hier einen Urlaub verbracht, in einem Haus, in dem es an nichts fehlte. Der Kontakt zur Besitzerin in Deutschland war angenehm, das Haus sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehtl. Jederzeit weiter zu empfehlen.

We - Gaby and Achim Guttmann - bought the flat in September 2015. Some things were renewed, such as towels and bed linen, bathroom decoration. New large flatscreen TV and TV armchair with stool in the living room. The master bedroom is completely furnished with new furniture. High quality new bedding from Tommy Bahama. We want happy guests in the house and will do everything we can to make sure guests have a pleasant stay. In April 16 the lanai was newly tiled and a new grill was purchased. New dining area and living room couch and chairs new in September 2016 We look forward to welcoming you as guests in our flat.
