Description
In our holiday home directly on the Ilz, large groups can celebrate carefree. The simply equipped cottage offers space for max. 13 people: 3 bedrooms, large eat-in kitchen, separate living room with fireplace, newly renovated bathroom. No central heating, the house is heated with wood or electricity. No mobile phone reception, no WLAN, no TV! In front of the house is a campfire site with barbecue.
The house is not suitable for small children!

The holiday home is in an absolutely secluded location in the forest directly on the wild and romantic Ilz river. Passau is 30 km away and the Bavarian Forest National Park is 20 km away
Many hiking trails lead past the house, including the award-winning Goldsteig trail and the VIA NOVA pilgrimage trail. The nearest village is Preying, approx. 2 km away. Here you will also find shopping facilities and a bistro. An inn (Hammerschmiede) is about 2 km away.
Larger purchases can be made in Tittling, approx. 6 km away.

Super location, right on the river.
We were there for the second time with friends. The best thing is that it is in a secluded location, you really don't disturb anyone. Everything you need is on site. We will definitely book again. During the day, many hikers pass right by the hut. If you are lucky, they even peel your potatoes ;-)

The vacation home is perfect for parties. There, one can be undisturbed, listen to loud music, and the surrounding area is beautiful.
There are enough beds and the stoves heat up very well. We will definitely rent the cabin again.

Wir fahren seit 2013 einmal im jahr hin und werden auch weiterhin hinfahren es passt einfach alles ein super allein stehendes ferienhaus mit viel natur immer wieder weiter zu empfehlen.

Great cabin to celebrate without any disturbances.
Well-maintained, large cabin in a Bavarian ambiance.
Perfect location to celebrate parties undisturbed.
Nice owner.
All necessary equipment available (oven, refrigerator, ...)
Our first choice for all kinds of celebrations, we will gladly come back!

sehr schöner urlaub
wer einen erholsamen stressfreien Urlaub möchte, ist hier genau richtig.wir waren sechs Personen mit mehreren Hunden und haben diese Woche sehr genossen.abgesehen vom rauschen das man tag und nacht von der ilz her geniessen kann, ist der Grillplatz direkt vor der tür ein genuss für einen schmackhaften abend.das haus ist schlicht eingerichtet aber für den täglichen gebrauch und Nutzung mehr als genug.vor dem haus gehen in allen Richtungen wunderschöne Wanderwege weg.auch wenn man vorhat einmal nicht wandern zu gehen bittet der platz vorm haus für reichlich Abwechslung...ob grillen,einfach in der sonne chillen oder eine Abkühlung in der ilz (schöner zugang zur ilz).einkaufsmöglichkeit auch nicht weit mit dem Auto vom haus entfernt.....wir hätten gerne noch eine Woche verlängert....aber wir kommen sicher wieder....

Große Enttäuschung! !!
Ferienhaus ist eine enzige Katastrophe!
Ich weiß garnicht wo ich anfangen soll,so schlimm war es...
Bilder entspechen nicht den gegenwärtigen Zustand.
Grundstück ist verwildert und ungepflegt. Genauso wie das Haus. Das Haus ist feucht und riecht dem Entsprechenden. Wir hatten 10 Tage lang nur feuchte Kleidung . Mal ganz zu schweigen vom Bett. Ein altes Federbett von dem ich nicht wissen möchte was darin alles kreucht und fleucht. Das Haus war dreckig, völlig abgewohnt und müsste von Grund auf renoviert werden. Genauso wie die Einrichtung.
Im Ganzen Haus war der Boden von Brandflecken zerstört. TV vorhanden , aber leider kein Empfang.
Bis auf die Lage und die wirklich tolle Landschaft waren es die schlimmsten 10 Tage die wir je in einem Ferienhaus hatten. Für 70 € die Nacht kann man mehr erwarten.

Schöner Kurzurlaub
Wir haben nach einem abgelegenen Unterkunft zum Feiern und Auslauf für Kinder gesucht und haben es mit diesem Ferienhaus gefunden.
Das Ferienhaus wurde von der Vermieterin als "einfach, aber zweckmässig ausgestattet" beschrieben und genauso haben wir es vorgefunden.
Es liegt direkt an der Ilz, sogar ein kleiner Strand ist vorhanden, der zum Baden in der Ilz einlädt.
Wanderwege führen direkt am Haus vorbei.
Wir werden das Haus für einen Kurzurlaub zum Feiern wieder buchen!!!
