The 700m² property is located directly on a vineyard is fenced with wall, fence, landscaping and a lockable gate. In the courtyard there is space for two cars. The house has about 160m² of living space: Entrance hall, very well equipped corner kitchen in U-shape with AMC-pots, dishwasher, ceramic hob, large fridge, oven and microwave. In addition, a utility room with washing machine and freezer. 2. Shower. In addition to the hall is a bedroom with a bed of m width and bathroom with washing combination. Opposite a guest toilet. 8 km from the sea with a beautiful sandy beach, our very well-maintained and well-equipped holiday home with private pool is located in a village of 800 souls, between Narbonne and Narbonne-Plage, directly in the nature reserve La Clape. Surrounded by vineyards, enjoy the magnificent view from the terrace and the tranquillity away from tourism, yet close to the beach and entertainment. Armissan, a small, typical southern French village, between Narbonne and Narbonne-Plage, where you are guaranteed peace and quiet. You get the impression that time has stood still here. A little corner of paradise - surrounded by vineyards and pine forests.
In the village you will find tourist information, bar-restaurant, bakery, butcher, small corner shop, winery with excellent cheap open and bottled wines, hairdresser, doctor, football pitch, tennis court, very beautiful walking and cycling paths through vineyards and nature reserve.
There is no through traffic.

Visit the wine cellars: Armissan is part of the Corbières wine region and has a long tradition of wine making. There are several wine cellars in the area that can be visited and where you can taste wines.
Hiking: There are many hiking trails around Armissan that take you through the vineyards and picturesque countryside. Some of the most popular routes are the Sentier des Capitelles and the Chemin des Moines.
Sightseeing in Narbonne: The town of Narbonne is only about 10km from Armissan and offers many attractions such as St Juste Cathedral, the Roman Museum and the smart indoor market.
Water sports: You can swim, snorkel, surf, kite or sail at the beaches near Armissan (Narbonne-Plage, Gruissan, St Pierre la Mer).
Golf: There are several golf courses in the area, including Golf Sainte Rose in Narbonne and Golf Saint Thomas in Béziers.

Alles in allem ok
Wir waren zwei Wochen in dem Ferienhaus. Der Pool hatte uns gereizt und die Nähe zum Strand. Mit dem Auto dauerte es aufgrund der Strassenverhältnisse doch länger als gedacht. Leider war es keine gehobene Ausstattung, wie in der Bewertung zuvor angegeben. Es war alles da, allerdings sehr zusammengewürfelt. Es gab keine Fliegengitter an den Fenstern. Bei dem Preis hatten wir das erwartet. Die Mücken waren schrecklich. Die zweite Dusche war defekt, welches wir erst am Tag der Anreise erfuhren. Die wurden von einem Vormieter (2!!! vor uns) kaputt gemacht. Reparatur dauert wohl noch an. Das Haustürschloss war sehr tückisch und hat uns bei Ab- oder Anreise vom einem Ausflug öfter fast zur Weißglut gebracht. Festnetz und Internet waren vorhanden. Ständig klingelte das Telefon. Internet schwankte massiv.
Die Matratzen waren alle sehr durchgelegen. Gut war die Wäschespinne im Garten. Das war sehr hilfreich!
Wir haben uns den Urlaub durch diese Kleinigkeiten nicht verderben lassen und ihn genossen. Das Wetter spülte hervorragend mit.

Beautiful, very well maintained holiday home with upscale amenities
We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our holiday. The landlady is really very nice and helpful without being pushy. The house is very well equipped, nothing was missing. One of the best houses we have rented in recent years. The location is quiet and the view from the terrace very idyllic. We will gladly come again.
