Description
ALEA-VITA is located in the heart of Franconia between Würzburg and Nuremberg. The facility with a total size of 4400 sqm is located near the village of Rehweiler in Lower Franconia. The facility consists of a single residential unit, which is individually available to the guest.
The house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower/ WC, a spacious living and dining area with open fireplace, a laundry room with washing machine, a carport, four large terraces, sun awnings, an exclusive barbecue area; a pool house with another lounge terrace and a swimming pond with a length of 4.5 by 12.5 metres
In the wellness area there is a sauna, an infrared cabin and another shower (handicapped accessible). As a special highlight for our guests, our annexed winter garden, which is equipped with underfloor heating, is now available
It contains a relaxation area, a seating area and a luxury whirlpool with a size of 2.0 by 1.2 metres.
A pool bar is available in the outdoor area by the biological swimming pond.
Please note that a booking of less than 3 nights is unfortunately not possible!

The result was 1130 points. This is 230 points above the 5 star rating (900 points).

We are very happy about this outstanding result which certifies us the title 'Best Holiday Home in Franconia'.

Always a pleasure
We have now been on vacation in this house for the second time, which speaks for itself. The landlord is super nice and immediately available if something happens. The furnishings have been renewed again, although they are still in good condition for a vacation apartment, and we like them. We also tried out the new hot tub during our stay and found it to be great. We would love to come back.

A great time in a dreamlike house
Andrea and Uwe have really created a little paradise in Geiselwind, which was rightly awarded the title of best holiday home in Germany. The facilities leave nothing to be desired, there is even a sauna and a whirlpool if needed, as well as a natural swimming pond. The interiors are very stylish, personal and warmly furnished, you feel almost at home straight away.
We felt really comfortable and the Tremml family was very warm and accommodating, you felt like you were with friends :-) We will be back this year, hopefully with better weather, but either way, the ALEA VITA is definitely worth a visit!

Pure relaxation
This year (2019) we were once again completely thrilled with our visit to Alea-Vita. The quiet location, the well-kept ambience, the many little things that make this place soooo special for us. There is nothing left to be desired if you are looking for peace and relaxation. In the midst of the Franconian flora and fauna, it is easy to relax.
Whether you want to sweat in the sauna, cool off in the swimming pond or chill out in the pool lounge, everyone will find their place here. Even if the weather isn't so great, you can still enjoy the whirlpool in the conservatory. Especially when the rain is splashing on the glass roof...wonderful.
You can cater for yourself in the well-equipped kitchen or visit one of the surrounding places where you can find Franconian and other specialities.
We were there with 3.5 adults and there was nothing we didn't like!
The pictures on the homepage are NOT embellished, everything really looks like this - except for the one or other tree or bush that has perhaps already grown a little ;-).

Ideal für Ruhe- oder Romantiksuchende
Wow! Wir sind noch immer überwältigt von unserer wunderbaren Zeit hier. Wir sind als Pärchen für 5 Nächte Ende April angereist, um in Zweisamkeit zu entspannen und hätten es besser nicht treffen können.
Die gesamte Anlage, sowie das Haus, sind sehr schön, detailreich und mit Liebe und Engagement gestaltet und gepflegt. Alles war extrem sauber und hochwertig. Egal wo auf dem Gelände man sich aufhält (und dafür bieten sich unzählige Möglichkeiten), man hat immer etwas Schönes im Blick und kann die Seele mal so richtig baumeln lassen. Das Gelände ist in großen Teilen von Außen nicht einsehbar und im Wald hinter dem Haus laufen annähernd keine Menschen spazieren. Man ist wirklich für sich.
Die Küche ist wunderbar ausgestattet, sodass man auch Aufwendigeres kochen kann. Die Betten bequem. Viel Stauraum in den Schränken und ausreichend Handtücher etc. vorhanden. Der Blick vom Whirlpool einfach nur fantastisch und der Wintergarten ein besonderes Highlight.
Dass das Objekt kein WLan hat, hat uns erst abgeschreckt, aber es war genau das Richtige, um mal WIRKLICH zu entspannen. Es lohnt sich CDs mitzubringen, denn überall stehen Musikanlagen (sogar in der Sauna!).
In der Umgebung finden sich auch Supermärkte. Etwa 10 Min. mit dem Auto auch ein Rewe, der ein großes Sortiment hat und u.A. auch Bioprodukte führt. Diverse Gaststätten sind ebenfalls mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Besonders lecker: "Stern" in Geiselwind - nur 3 Min. mit dem Auto.
Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und verabschiedet und konnten uns jederzeit an Uwe wenden.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können einen Urlaub hier wärmstens empfehlen für jeden der Ruhe und/oder Romantik sucht.

Oasis of the senses
A place where you feel more than comfortable from the first minute. The very tasteful and extremely well-maintained ambiance leaves nothing to be desired. Traumurlaub
Ein Ferienhaus das keine Wünsche offenläßt. Traumhafte Lage und ob Sauna, Infrarotkabine, Solarium, Whirlpool oder Aussenpool, alles ist vorhanden. Es gibt zahlreiche tolle Plätze auf dem Grundstück die zum Träumen oder Relaxen einladen. Bei einem Glas Wein kann man die Natur genießen und herunterkommen. Ideal zum Entspannen oder eine Auszeit mit dem Partner.
Super ausgestattet, jedes Detail mit Liebe und super, super sauber.

Traumhaus ohne offene Wünsche
Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr ruhig, so dass man absolut ungestört dort verweilen kann und diese Wellness-Oase, in der keine Wünsche offen bleiben, genießen kann! Uns fehlte es an nichts, die Gastgeber waren äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend und wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder! Bis bald!!! :-)
