The Casa Montegrappe is romantic and quiet, but centrally located near the center of the main town Gardola in the small community of Tignale. The small but mighty house is stationary typically furnished with great attention and spread over 2 floors. The separate entrance leads via a few steps to the living-dining room with kitchenette and fireplace equipped with a sofa bed and satellite TV. The kitchen includes everything your heart desires to your loved ones prepare a tasty meal and is equipped with a dishwasher. From there, a door leads to a small inner yard terrace which can be used as a breakfast terrace. About wooden staircase to the first floor with two bedrooms, one with double bed and a small balcony with possibility for laundry drying, even with 2 single beds. Here you will also find the bathroom with shower and washing machine. The garden is located about 40 meters from the house and is very family friendly furnished with a hammock and porch swing. You will enjoy a wonderful view of the lake and also your pets can run freely through the fence and feel fit as a fiddle. A magnificent barbecue nothing in the way. Your car can be convenient in the parking lot at the house parking (only smaller cars) or on the nearby parking lot at the church.

When Casa Monte Grappa is a beautiful original stone cottage
Located in the romantic alleys of the capital Gardola, just a few steps from the center and yet quiet location with an associated 40m away beautiful garden with a stunning view of the lake. The proximity to the Church and to all the historic buildings makes you feel, you would set back in time. In about 2 minutes walking distance from the center of Gardola where there are all the shops, cafes, restaurants, doctor and pharmacy. The plateau Tignale is a popular recreation and recognized health resort on the western shore of Lake Garda, about 500 meters above the lake, with the 6 districts Piovere / Oldesio / Prabione / Olzano and Aer well as the Gardola. The arrival is on the Gardesana Occidentale runs along the western shore of the lake. From there branching off to get to about 7 km on a well-developed panoramic road to Gardola. The charming landscape with already Mediterranean vegetation invites different to many luxurious Hiking time and offers an incomparably beautiful view of Lago di Garda and Monte Baldo massif on the east side of the lake. Sehr enttäuscht
Wir haben uns sehr auf unseren 2. Urlaub in Tignale und das im Internet angebotene Rustico gefreut. Die Lage des Rusticos und der nahe gelegene Garten sind sehr gut. Aber wir waren ja zum Wandern dort. Das Rustico selbst jedoch war DIE Enttäuschung. Wir verstehen nicht, warum wir Reinigungskosten (extra zum Mietpreis) und Heizung (inklusive im Mietpreis) zahlen müssen? Die Spinnweben waren im ganzen Haus so verteilt, dass man den Kopf einziehen musste um nicht die Decke zu putzen und man musste darauf achten, dass sie nicht in den Teller fielen. An den Fliesen in der Küche konnte man ohne Klebstoff hängen bleiben - Fett lässt grüßen. Im Bad war die Situation ähnlich. Die Sache mit den inkludierten Heizkosten im Mietpreis war auch ne Finte: es gab keine Heizung. Von daher sehr, sehr ungemütlich. Fazit: einmal und nie wieder. Rückerstattung der Reinigungskosten wäre wünschenswert.

Liebe Gäste, danke dass Sie sich die Zeit für die Bewertung genommen haben. Jedoch verstehe ich als Vermittler nicht, warum ich erst auf diesem Wege von "Mißständen" erfahren. Die Besitzer nehmen die Reinigung normalerweise sehr gewissenhaft vor. Wäre das Haus wie von Ihnen beschrieben verschmutzt gewesen, so hätte ein Anruf genügt, und man hätte nochmal nachgereinigt. Leider kann man keine Abhilfe schaffen, wenn man keine Info bekommt. Die Endreinigung wird im Angebot und auch im Mietvertrag einberechnet und ist immer als Posten separat aufgeführt so das Transparenz besteht. Somit haben Sie in Anrecht auf ein sauberes Haus, wie gesagt, man muss ich dann aber bei Ankunft melden. Zur Heizung ist es auch nicht korrekt, was Sie schreiben. Das Haus hat eine Öl-Zentralheizung die bei Bedarf eingeschaltet wird. Auch hier genügt ein Anruf. Wie in dem von Ihnen unterschriebenen Mietvertrag und wie hier im Portal angegeben wir die Heizung dann mit 10,--/ Tag abgerechnet. Es ist sehr schade, dass Ihnen das Haus nicht zusagte aber ich vermittle es schon sehr lange und habe bisher noch nie negative Rückmeldungen bekommen. Generell gilt ja überall: gibt es ein Problem, dann Kontakt aufnehmen und es lösen lassen! Hoffentlich können SIe den nächsten Urlaub besser geniessen!
Liebe Familie W., nach Rücksprache mit den Besitzern bin ich noch mehr über die negative Bewertung verwundert. Sie sprechen wohl sehr gut italienisch, haben die Besitzer auch fast täglich gesehen und auf Nachfrage wohl immer gesagt, es sei alles in Ordnung. Ausserdem hat man Ihnen kostenfrei Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt, die Sie wohl nicht dabei hatten. Auch bei Abreise war die Rückmeldung, dass alles i. O. war und Sie nächstes Jahr wieder kommen möchten? Es wäre schön, wenn Sie ggf. auf direktem Wege nochmal Kontakt aufnehmen würden um ggf. Mißverständnisse auszuräumen wenn Sie das möchten. Evtl. möchten Sie ja auch über die Bewertung und den Schaden den Sie mit Unwahrheiten anrichten nochmal nachdenken und diese ggf. löschen? Vielen Dank.

Almost everything as described.
We spent our holiday in a lovingly furnished apartment, the kitchen and living areas were well equipped, and the landlords took attentive and very friendly care of us guests.
The fact that the dining-living area is quite dark is "the nature of the stones", the maze-like house is simply built that way.
However, we find the apartment more suitable for early risers, as from 7.00 am, the barking neighbor dogs, motorcycles, or everyday noises from the neighboring apartment can be heard very clearly.
The proximity to the church that we were aware of meant: prolonged bell ringing, not allowing for sleeping in.
This should not be a criteria for evaluation, for other families this may not be a disadvantage at all, as they are not "night owls".
There were great local places, the weather was great anyway, and the narrow, steep alleys and paths were a big part of the charm of Tignale for us.
The relaxation in the garden and the beautiful trips in the surroundings will stay in our memory for a long time, as well as the local festivals on the 15th and 16th of August!

Für drei Erwachsene, ein Kleinkind und zwei Hunde ist die wohnung nicht geeignet. Schon gar nivht fie kleine Terrasse mit zwei Sitzmoglichkeiten. Wohnbereich sehr dunkel, nur mit Licht möglich. Weg zum Garten sehr steil, also für Senioren erst recht nichts. Sauberkeit lässt ebenfalls zu wünschen übrig. Zum übernachten ausreichend. Vermieter sprechen auch nur englisch oder italienisch. Für anspruchlose ist es zu empfehlen. Grosse Autos haben keine Möglichkeit durch die engen Gassen. Zum Aus- und Beladen sehr anstrengend die Wege zu gehen. Ansonsten kurze Wege zum Zentrum.

Liebe Gäste, herzlichen Dank für die Bewertung. Das Haus ist ein klassisches Rustiko im typischen Stil der italienischen Bergdörfer, die Fenster daher klein um im Sommer die Hitze nicht reinzulassen. Im Winter hat es den Vorteil, dass man nicht unnötig hohe Heizkosten hat. Dies ist auf den Bildern und der Beschreibung ersichtliche und auch die Größe des Balkons und der Innenhofterrasse. Um zu viert oder 5. Zusammenzusitzen ist der Garten dafür die richtige Wahl. Auch der Hinweis mit der Parkmöglichkeit nur für kleinere Autos ist in den Beschreibungen enthalten. Beim Aus- und Beladen ist der Besitzer normalerweise gerne behilflich und fährt das Gepäck mit seinem PKW. Der Weg zum Garten ist eine subjektive Empfindung, wir bekommen oft auch die Rückmeldung, dass es ein angenehmer Spaziergang ist. Wegen der Sauberkeit leite ich den Hinweis gerne an die Besitzer weiter, das höre ich zum ersten Mal aber evtl. gab es vor Ihrer Anreise in Problem mit der Putzfrau? Solche Dinge einfach immer gleich bei Anreise absprechen. Gerne ist der Besitzer bereit, da nochmal nachzuschauen und nachzureinigen falls es ein Problem gibt! Im Nachhinein ist es schwierig, Abhilfe zu schaffen.
Ich hoffe, Sie konnten Ihren Urlaub aber dennoch genießen und sich gut erholen!

Eine schöne erholsame Woche im Juli
Das Rustico liegt im alten Ortskern von Gardola. Da wir im Juli da waren, ist es angenehm kühl. Der dazugehörige Garten ( kurzer Fußweg) bietet eine herrliche Aussicht, Möglichkeit zum Grillen oder einfach nur ruhen und geniessen. Der Ortskern ist in wenigen SChritten erreicht mit diversen Cafes und Restaurants ( gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis) sowie einen Supermarkt und Geschäfte. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Zum Ein- und Ausladen kann man mit den Auto fahren und das Auto auf kostenfreien Parkplatz in der Nähe der Kirche parken. Für Wanderer sind mit wenigen Schritten schöne Wanderwege erreichbar.

Sommerurlaub
Hübsche kleine Ferienwohnung,die liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert ist.Leider ist die Wohnung durch ihre Lage etwas dunkel.Vorteil ist,die Wohnung ist im Sommer angenehm kühl.Der kleine Garten überzeugt durch seine Aussicht.Die Wohnung liegt zentral zum Ortskern(Einkaufsmöglichkeiten,Lokale sind zu Fuß erreichbar)
