Ceiling fan, air conditioning Euro/night, Sat-Tv with German channels, W-Lan. Fresh bed linen weekly and fresh towels twice a week! By arrangement, your flat will also be cleaned free of charge twice a week!
The large roof terrace with sun loungers, barbecue and breakfast facilities offers a fascinating panoramic view of the surrounding mountains (Mount Athos), the village and the bay of Sarti, as well as the opportunity to socialise with friends or family.

Location and surroundings of object
Good location in Sarti on the Sithonia peninsula, on the quiet outskirts of the village on a slope with a wonderful view and short distances: From the street where our house Despina is situated, a path leads directly to a beautiful little bathing bay and to the harbour.
To the main beach it is about 4-5 minutes, shopping and localities about 3 minutes in the village centre.
In the village everything is available what the satisfied guest needs: Large selection of localities as well as bars
Several supermarkets, a pharmacy and medical care are also in the village.
Beach loungers and sunshades are provided free of charge by the beach bars on the approx. 2 km long sandy beach of Sarti if you order a drink! In ancient times, the village of Sarti was called Sartopoulis, which is confirmed by a number of finds kept in Sarti's museums!
Today's village is about 2 kilometres long, just as long is the clean sandy beach which has been awarded the European Blue and White Flag.
There are many good restaurants directly on the beach or in the village.

For leisure, in our village Sarti, there are boat rentals, boat trips to Athos and to secluded bathing bays.
Mullitreking, horse riding, diving and surfing school, motorbikes and mountain bikes. Car rental (providers who give 10% to our guests)
And for the hikers and nature lovers there are many hiking trails to secluded bays or into the beautiful mountains!
In the neighbouring village of Sikia there is a farmers' market every Saturday with a large selection and good prices.

We and our daughter Claudia are on site during the whole season and take care of the well-being of our guests.
