The stone-built villa has been constructed with great attention to detail, in the original Istrian style and with traditional materials. The villa, completed in 2014, has 2 covered terraces providing sufficient shade.
Set within the secluded courtyard, surrounded by stone walls, Villa Mate is also suitable for our smaller guests.
You can park your car in the adjacent garage.
Both double bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom, with toilet and shower.
For those who love to prepare their own food the large stone barbecue/grill ( for common use) is the ideal place where you can self cater your own mouthwatering delicacies while spending pleasant evenings with your loved ones.

Villa Mate is a beautiful holiday villa located just outside the picturesque and unspoiled village of Kringa.
Only 20 km from the coast, Kringa, due to its central location, is an excellent starting point to explore Istria. Istria is the biggest green oasis of north Adriatic and the biggest peninsula in Croatia surrounded by a crystal clear blue sea. On the coast of Istria, there are lovely mediterranean towns, while the green interior is decorated with numerous cultural, historical and natural places and hilly villages with a fascinating look of the peaceful surroundings. Istria offers a wide range of private apartments, villas with swimming pool, agrotourism and restaurants with rich gastronomic offer.
