It is surrounded by a well-kept garden where you have the pool, sun loungers, garden furniture, parasols and private parking. On the ground floor of the villa there is a spacious living room with dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. From the living room you have access to the terrace with garden furniture and views of the garden and swimming pool. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with bath and a bedroom with a double bed. On the first floor is also a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms with double beds and a baby cot, one of which has a balcony with the sea view. Peace and quiet in a small place and nicely decorated villa will allow you to fully relax and enjoy your vacation.

Location and surroundings of object
The village of Gedici is only 8 km from Poreč, 7 km from the beach Lanterna (near Tar) and 6 km from the beach Materada in Poreč. The place is very small, quiet and surrounded by nature, very suitable for a quiet holiday. In the nearest town Nova Vas there are shops, restaurants, bars, a bakery and a shop. Near Nova Vas lies the famous cave Baredine. Poreč is a popular holiday destination and is known for the many cultural events, bars, restaurants, sports facilities and beautiful beaches.
