Description
Our lovingly furnished holiday home with a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom with a shower, is located only a few minutes' walk from East Frisia's inland lake " Großes Meer ".
There are fly screens available ,in the entrance door can be hung a fleece curtain if needed.
The accommodation is furnished for up to 4 people.
On the ground floor there is a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a nice couch and a recliner where you can spend your evenings.
Upstairs bedroom 1 : 1 double bed 1,60m x 2 m
Upstairs bedroom 2 : 2 single beds 1m x 2 m
On our covered terrace you will find garden furniture where you can enjoy a barbecue or relax in peace and quiet.
There is a jetty right next to the house
Parking space directly at the house.
Our tool shed may be used for storage of fishing rods etc.

Location and surroundings of object
The "Grosse Meer" is the largest inland lake in East Frisia and can be reached in a few minutes walk .
The holiday home is in a quiet cul-de-sac location ,directly on a quiet rowing boat can be used free of charge
The village Südbrookmerland is located between Aurich and Emden . The North Sea can be reached in about 30 minutes by car.
Norden and Norddeich are only a few minutes away by car.
A day trip to the East Frisian Islands is highly recommended
Jaderberg Zoo and Thüle Zoo are also recommended for a day trip.
There are swimming pools in Emden, Norden and Aurich
There is a beautiful adventure playground at the Grossen Meer.

Unterkunft kann man mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen
Nach einem herzlichen Willkommen verbrachten wir eine schöne Woche in dem Ferienhäuschen. Es fehlte an Nichts, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und alles war sehr sauber. Auch die Lage ist gut, man kann gut in alle Richtungen ausschwärmen, Badestrand und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Nutzung des Bootes hat Spaß gemacht und die morgendliche und abendliche Begrüßung der Enten fehlt mir hier zu Hause ein wenig!::)
Wir kommen gern wieder.

Sehr empfehlenswert
Das komplett ausgestattete Haus und die sehr ruhige Lage laden ein um die Seele baumeln zu lassen und z. B. Touren mit einem der hauseigenen Boote zu unternehmen. Die Vermieter sind äußerst sympatisch! Sehr empfehlenswert. Preis/Leistung sehr gut!

Wunderschönes, gemütliches Häuschen
Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr wohlgefühlt, die Vermieter sind wunderbar symphatisch und stehen als Ansprechpartner bei allen Fragen und Nöten stets zur Verfügung. Die Küche ist mit allem Nötigen ausgerüstet, um auch ein vernünftiges Kochen zu gewährleisten. Die Betten sind bequem, Matratzen nicht durchgelegen - es gab nichts, was einem die Urlaubsfreude vermiesen könnte.
Highlight für meinen Sohn war natürlich das Boot, das zur Nutzung durch Gäste vorhanden ist.
Nur zu empfehlen - wir kommen gerne wieder!
