This comfortable holiday home with private pool and sun terrace with sea views located on a private plot in an upscale residential area, near to the center and the fine sandy Stands with crystal clear water. The place is located in northeastern Spain on the Mediterranean coast.
The house with six rooms divided on a living space of 170m² in a ground floor and one upstairs. On the ground floor three bedrooms, two bathrooms each with a bath, a cozy living room and a fully equipped kitchen are offered. Upstairs you will find both two bedrooms, both of which provide direct access to the balcony terrace, and a shower room with toilet, hand basin and bathroom window. Two of the three bedrooms downstairs each have two single beds and bedside tables with reading lamps. The third bedroom is designed as a suite and has a double bed, and its own access to a daylight bathroom with toilet, bath with splash partition, wash hand basin. The second bathroom on the ground floor is set up identically. In the bedrooms on the upper floor offers two double beds. The living and dining room you can enjoy relaxing after a day trip to a cozy living area with two sofas. Here, a flat screen TV with TV-USB port, satellite TV and DVD player provides entertainment. At a glass dining table seats six people to a meal together. The fully equipped kitchen allows you a comfortable self-catering basis of a refrigerator and freezer, a dishwasher, a ceramic hob with oven, coffee maker, and a toaster.
Before going to bed can be spent on the spacious 35 m² balcony terrace the evening. You will benefit from the views of the pool, the sea and the mountains surrounding the resort. On the ground floor offers a covered terrace with a dining table and numerous chairs to eat outdoors. That's where the barbecue grill use ideal. The 9 mx 5 m pool is surrounded by sun loungers with a parasol and partially obstructed view of the outside. Private on land space for three vehicles is sufficiently available.
