Description
Welcome to Germany's largest inland lake! Our beautiful, modern holiday home was newly built and is 80 square metres in size. It is lovingly furnished and has a quiet, detached location in an older housing estate with large gardens.
The house has a large living room with integrated full kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and an additional toilet.
Both bedrooms have large, comfortable double beds
The full kitchen is equipped with a cooker (4 hotplates), oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and egg boiler
A flat screen TV, DVD player and a radio/CD are available for use
Besides a bathroom on the upper floor, our holiday home has an additional toilet in the basement. A hairdryer is available
A large terrace and a sunbathing lawn invite you to have breakfast outside or to sunbathe. Two parking spaces and a lockable storage facility for bicycles, directly at the building, are available.

Location and surroundings of object
There are several shopping facilities nearby (including a bakery). After a 10-minute walk you can reach the large lido (Volksbad) on the Müritz, and after a 20-25-minute walk or 5-minute cycle ride you can reach the beautiful historic old town and the large town harbour. The Müritzeum, the large nature experience centre of the Mecklenburg Lake District, with the largest aquarium for native freshwater fish in Germany, can be reached after a 20-minute walk. You can cycle or take the bus to the Müritz National Park. There you can take part in guided walks and watch ospreys, white-tailed eagles and cranes. Museums are located in the town and in the surrounding area, such as the Waren Town Museum, Schliemann Museum Ankershagen, Agroneum Alt Schwerin or the Old Castle Penzlin. The climbing forest in Waren, the bear forest, the bison enclosure or the summer toboggan run with monkey forest are further excursion destinations - especially for children
The spa town of Waren (Müritz) is a paradise for cyclists, hikers, bathers, leisure captains, sailors, surfers and anglers. As early as 1920, the tourist office advertised the slogan "Bathing, hiking, water sports - nowhere more beautiful than in Waren". Lovingly restored half-timbered houses give the venerable agrarian town its character. Many cosy restaurants and shops are open for you. Museums, galleries and churches invite the curious, those interested in art and those seeking peace and quiet
The Müritz region, situated on the Mecklenburg Lake District, offers you the best conditions for a really relaxing holiday. The leisure facilities leave hardly anything to be desired: Boat rentals, boat charters, diving and surfing schools, swimming and fun pools, wellness facilities, bowling alleys, tennis courts, riding stables and a large golf resort.

Holiday home Undine
The holiday cottage is very tastefully and uniformly furnished. Everything was available in the kitchen, even small amounts of spices, if you want to cook, and even a container of coffee powder. The location is very nice and you can quickly reach the center and the shopping market. The possibility to safely store the bicycles is also very good. The approach was a bit tricky for us, as there are bollards at various intersections in the neighborhood and this was not apparent in our route planner if you enter Fichtestraße 25 a, as we did. We had to drive around the block once. For later return trips, we entered the intersection of Breitscheidtstraße/Mittelweg in the route planner. Therefore, follow the landlord's directions in the description of the house for the approach and everything will be fine. :-)) The house is located on the property Fichtestraße 25, but has access from Mittelweg. All in all, manageable. It was a short vacation in a lovely area and in a nice holiday cottage.
However, there are three really small points of criticism: 1. the sofa in the living room is too small and not comfortable even for two people, 2. the flat-screen TV is too small, you can only read the displayed text with great difficulty, and 3. it would be very advantageous to have power outlets in the bicycle shed for charging the bike batteries.

Beautiful holiday home with a convenient location
Clean, lovingly furnished and very well equipped holiday home. The landlord is nice and helpful. The location is very good, we had the bicycles with us and were in a short time at the bath or in the centre.we have already been the second time here and it ht us again very well. Many thanks

Wir haben uns in dem liebevoll ausgestatteten Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein sehr netter Vermieter der uns viele Tipps gegeben hat.
WLAN war leider ein bisschen zu schwach!

Eine wunderbare Urlaubswoche...
... haben wir in Waren in einem richtig schönen und liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus verbracht. Sehr netter Vermieter... und wir freuen uns aufs nächste Jahr, denn wir waren so begeistert, dass wir gleich für das nächste Jahr wieder gebucht haben... es ist so herrlich dort ?

Erholsamer Urlaub
Mein Mann und ich hatten einen sehr schönen erholsamen Urlaub mit vielen Radtouren und Entspannen /Schwimmen an der Müritz.
Das Ferienhaus liegt ruhig in einer Wohnsiedlung und wir können es nur weiterempfehlen.

Sehr gepflegtes Ferienhaus
Ein sehr schönes, ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus. Wir haben mit zwei Pärchen einen sehr schönen Urlaub mit vielen Radtouren in die Umgebung verbracht und können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen.
