First class villa for 4 - 6 people near the beach and near the forest.
Just 200 meters from the North Sea beach and 300 meters from the largest forest of Zeeland away you will find this villa "Piet Hein". This enduring and evocative flat with lots of brightness is very quiet and hidden behind some trees.
The villa has on the ground floor of a bedroom with box spring beds and a modern bathroom. On the first floor you find two more bedrooms, a bathroom and a large sauna. The villa is also equipped with a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, WLAN, a stereo installation and digital TV reception with various foreign channels. On the covered terrace with dining table to spend the long, sultry summer evenings!
Since the establishment of the villa is tailored to the glorious beach life, you will be surprised by the pleasant atmosphere in the house. Exterior and interior life merge into one another and provide an unforgettable holiday feeling.

Location and surroundings of object
Fantastic location, the beach, the nature reserve De Domeinen and numerous cozy Restaurents are within walking distance. From here you can enjoy Zeeland extensively. Herrlich blow out, sun, beach, water sports, hiking and cycling. Many places like Burgh-Haamstede, Brouwershaven, Middelburg and Zierikzee are certainly worth a visit. Westenschouwen is a small quiet village in the western part of Schouwen-Duiveland.
Westenschouwen has very diverse natural areas, long outstretched beaches, wide dunes merge into a forest landscape, called "de Boswachterij" the largest forest of Zeeland.
Unique because you all hear the surf of the sea. Beach cabins you can rent.
In "de Boswachterij" a permanent exhibition on the work of our forestry is to be admired.
Diverse hiking trim and bike routes can be found on the beach, dunes and forest trails.
Cosy restaurants and pavilions are always to be found in its vicinity.
The "Oosterscheldekering" with the "Peilerdam" is just 1 kilometer away.
The small village Burghsluis the Monument "Plompe gates" located at about 4 kilometers.
Westenschouwen is characterized mainly by its beautiful beach and the only forest of Schouwen-Duiveland.
Briefly Westenschouwen is calm and pure nature.

Great house in a good location
We rented the house for a fortnight
The service of the handover was top although we were a bit late, we were called and could then take the key at a safe deposit.
The short distance to the beach and restaurant was positive
Also the place Westenschouwen was created for us 40 - 50 years because it is pleasantly quiet.
The only drawback is a one star deduction
Please provide one or two more simple hard chairs for the terrace.
Also good for the two-legged friends as everything is safely fenced in.

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage.
Wir haben eine schöne Woche dort verbracht.
Für 4 bis 5 Personen gross genug, für 6 Leute definitiv zu klein.
Gute Ausstattung, noch alles ganz neu.

Wir kommen gerne wieder
Wir haben drei herrliche Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht und uns dabei sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist top: nur 200 Meter bis zu einem herrlichen Sandstrand und zu kleinen Restaurants wo man wirklich gut essen kann. Die Gegend ist sehr hundefreundlich, dementsprechend sind auch sehr viele Urlauber mit Hund dort vertreten. Es wird sehr auf Sauberkeit geachtet, das ist auch gut so. Und bei unserer Ankunft haben wir eine Decke für den Hund sowie eine Rolle Kotbeutel geschenkt bekommen.
Die Ferienhäuser, alle identisch, liegen in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Der Garten unseres Hauses war eingezäunt, so dass wir unseren Hund dort auch frei laufen lassen konnten, trotz gelegentlichem Besuch von Kaninchen. Parkgelegenheiten gibt es für zwei PKW, allerdings sehr eng und ein ziemliches Gezirkel um heraus zu kommen. Wir haben unsere Autos allerdings kaum bewegt. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist fußläufig erreichbar oder man kann bequem mit dem Fahrrad nach Burgh oder Haamstede fahren.
Das Haus ist von drei Seiten verglast, sehr hell und gemütlich. Allerdings wird es bei Sonnenschein auch entsprechend warm darin. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist gut. Man merkt, alles ist noch neu und sehr gepflegt. Zwar fehlte es uns an ein paar kleinen Dingen (z.B. einem Sonnenschirm, ein paar Kissen auf dem Sofa oder einem Mixer), aber nichts weltbewegendes. Für 6 Personen ist das Geschirr allerdings knapp bemessen, da muss der Geschirrspüler öfter laufen.
Die Betreuung durch BHVK war gut und sehr freundlich.
Alles in allem haben wir uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt und planen schon unsere nächsten Ferien :-)
