Our detached villa surrounded by a sunny fully fenced garden with open views of the golf course was early 2015 completely renovated and high-quality furnishings.
The Villa got a new family sauna with a view to the outside, for the most part a new furniture and in the upstairs bedroom a high-quality box spring.
In our villa Beach & Golf you will feel comfortable in any season. In summer, a sunny, fully fenced garden with views of the golf course, a wrap-around deck with windscreen, high-quality garden furniture, Holywoodschaukel and Grill as well as the proximity to the beach unrestricted outdoor pleasure. During the winter or when the weather is not so cooperates represents the wellness a family sauna, and then you can relax by the fireplace and a beautiful movie from our small DVD collection, that can be enjoyed on the XL-flat.
We offer a luxurious detached villa for 6 people with 130 sqm living area, conservatory, plot 480 m², completely fenced park-like garden, wrap-around deck with porch, 2 on-site parking.
3 bedrooms, a ground level bedroom, two bedrooms upstairs, one with extra TV and DVD and Safe (1 x Doppelboxspringbett, 1 double bed and 1 x 2 single beds).
Living area with fireplace, leather sofa, dining table for 6 people, reading area in the conservatory with fireplace, XL flat screen TV (satellite TV), DVD, radio with CD / MP3, small DVD library, small library, free Wi-Fi.
Well equipped kitchen incl. Dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas range, coffee maker, Senseo.
A bathroom on the ground floor with bath, wc, bidet and separate barrier-free shower, further shower room with toilet and the family sauna upstairs.

Location and surroundings of object
Julianadorp is a small quiet village with the most sunshine hours of the Netherlands. It is close to the wonderful beach and a unique Dünenandschaft. The area offers the midst of blooming tulip fields a wide range of walking and cycling routes. Nearby lots of cozy places like Schagen, Medemblick, Hoorn, Alkmaar, Texel and Amsterdam (1 hour away by train). In our division, there are two restaurants and a snack bar. Several supermarkets are within 1 km.
Other Activities: canoeing, jeux de boules, Rollerscating, mini golf, etc.
Golf: A 9-hole A status Golf Course (par 70) is located on the resort and a covered driving range. For beginners and children is a 9-hole fun course, golf school and shop on the premises. In the park there are two restaurants, bowling, golf course, a subtropical swimming pool (reopening in July 2016), tennis court, indoor and outdoor children's playgrounds, bike rental, breakfast rolls, etc.
The broad and multi-award winning beach is just 1 km away on foot or bike. The beach pavilion Paal 6 right on the beach access is open all year.
The villa is located in the exclusive Golf and Beach Ooghduyne. The well-tended park is surrounded by small lakes and canals. The park has numerous recreational activities:

A riding stable, where they rented horses or, horse riding trips is about 300 meters away.
The nearby North Sea beach begins behind the imposing dunes. The approximately 40 km long, wide and sandy beach has been honored with the Environmental Award of the EU. In the region of Julianadorp there are two supervised beach pavilions, a whole year.
Not only the beach but also the unique dune landscape invite to hiking and biking trails.
Julianadorp aan Zee: The place has a central village square with pharmacy, bank, supermarket (Aldi and Lidl), fishmonger etc. Next, there are two shopping centers with two well-stocked supermarkets. Cosy restaurants invite you to eat.
In the area there are many worthwhile trip, as the nearby island of Texel, the IJsselmeer with its picturesque town, Alkmaar and Bergen aan Zee. Amsterdam is easily accessible by train 1 hour away

For pets, a flat fee of 25 € will be charged. Sheets and / or towels optional for 10 € and 5 € per person to be booked. |

Gerne wieder!
Sehr ruhige und schöne Lage. Der Weg zum Strand ist fußläufig doch etwas zu weit, aber es gibt genug Parkmöglichkeiten direkt an den Dünen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ganz ehrlich, zu jeder Zeit wieder !!!
Tolles Haus direkt am Golfplatz , das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt was für unsere Hunde einfach klasse ist.
Tolle Vermieter toller Kontakt bin einfach rundum zu Frieden ( eine Woche ist nur etwas zu kurz ☺️)

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus
Wir haben in der Villa Beach und Golf eine traumhafte Woche verbracht.Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet ,es fehlte an gar nichts.Geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Wellness Angebote vom Feinsten...da darf auch das Wetter mal nicht ganz so schön sein.Nach einer Runde in der geräumigen Sauna strahlt die Welt wieder.Die Lage ist Ruhe pur...Zeit die Seele baumeln zu lassen.Der weitläufige Strand lädt zu langen Strandwanderungen ein,und wenn es ein Einkaufsbummel sein soll...Den Helder ist auch nicht weit.Alles in Allem ein gelungener Urlaub...Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder...

Top equipment in the best location
We have already stayed in this holiday home several times in late autumn. The furnishings are of the highest quality and it is quietly located on the edge of the Ooghduyne holiday park in Julianadorp. If you want peace and comfort (including a sauna), this is the place for you. Also very suitable for families. Communication with the landlords is completely uncomplicated. We will come again...

Toller Urlaub
wir hatten wirklich tolle 2 Wochen mit Hund in der Villa Beach & Golf. Das Haus und die Umgebung sind einfach super für Urlaub mit Hund und Fahrrad. Auch bei schlechtem Wetter kann man es gut im Haus aushalten :-)

Rundum gelungen...
Wir verbrachten tolle 14 Tage in diesem wunderschönen Haus und dessen Umgebung, die viel zu bieten hat. Der Blick auf den Golfplatz ist weitläufig und entspannend. Mit vier Personen hatten wir reichlich Platz. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Sturm war angenehm unkomplieziert. Vielen Dank

Sehr komfortabel ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Die Begebenheiten vor Ort entsprachen exakt den Fotos bzw. der Beschreibung des Objektes.
Die gesamte Abwicklung der Buchung (Reservierung, Zahlungsabwicklung, Erhalt der Anreiseinfos und Erstattung der Kaution) erfolgte problemlos und durch eine jeweils zeitnahe Rückmeldung durch Frau Sturm sehr angenehm.
