The modern, medium-standard holiday flat consists of two bedrooms, a living room with satellite TV, kitchen, hallway, balcony and a daylight bathroom with shower/toilet and a separate WC.
The maisonette has a size of 85 m² spread over 2 floors. The flat is designed for 7 people and can be used by a maximum of 8 people. In the courtyard of the house there is a swimming pool which can be used in summer at your own risk.
An adjoining covered terrace with a small barbecue can also be used.
The apartment building consists of 7 self-contained flats.

The holiday flat is located on the northern outskirts of Leipzig. It is located in a quiet side street in the old village centre of Leipzig/Thekla, which still has the character of a village.
In the area of 500 m you can visit extensive old farms and the river landscape of the Pahte.
There are several bus lines and a tram within walking distance to public transport.
The house is close to the new trade fair, BMW and Porsche production. The nearest motorway connections are approx. 2 - 3 km away.
