Description
We offer here the main house with access from the mountain side for up to 4 + 2 Pers. Below there is a small apartment with independent access and private terrace.
The main house is surrounded on 2 sides of gr. Terraces, sea side, a panoramic veranda with barbecue, living Esssalon. With FP, basket furniture and satellite TV, a new kitchen (***), 3 bedrooms (one small with bunk beds) and recently renovated bathroom (with bath).
Except for the bathroom can be seen from all the windows of the sea! The equipment is good and plentiful, beautiful wooden lattice windows ...
For summer parties behind the house a barbecue cottage available; a washing machine can be used from both homes.

The 25-year-old villa, which is maintained and serviced due to the absolute sea periodically, perched right on the cliffs, about 20 m above the sea! The lined by Mediterranean scrub and ornamental shrubs terrain with access road and parking spaces offers incredible views of the sea, the coast, the port of Bosa and the coastal mountains in the distance. A path / stairway leads directly to the sea, where one arrives in calm sea by some flat slabs of rock into the water.
The terraces around the house and the paths are partly worked out directly from the rock.

Marina di Magomadas is a kl. Coastal town, an old church of the fishermen and some houses, adjacent to Porto Alabe in direction Bosa Marina.
The medieval town of Bosa, which sits at the usable as a natural harbor river Temo, has a long and wide sandy beach, the natural healing properties in rheumatic diseases is said and is sheltered by a pier with coastal tower against waves and connected to the Isola Rossa. Old "palaces, large archways, wrought iron balconies, behind a maze of alleys, courtyards give Bosa an urban ambiance that is rare in Sardinia. Above the city rise by at hill staffel uneven streets, through gardens, the Castello Serravalle from Genuesenzeit. Dreamy location with fantastic sea view.
The photos do not deceive. We are impressed by the wonderful location, the peace, the seclusion. Simply a wonderful place high above the sea.

Dream house over the sea
If you want to spend a relaxing holiday in a very neatly equipped, beautiful holiday home in a quiet and dreamlike location directly above the sea, this is the place for you.
This part of the west coast of Sardinia is above all not as crowded as large parts of the east coast, partly even untouched nature on large parts of the coast.
Shopping, however, is only possible by car (in Bosa, 5 km).
