Welcome to the summer house KUST!
In central lain summer house on the Julianastraat 39A in Egmond aan Zee, only 300 meters from the beach and 5 minutes walk from the beautiful fishing village.
The house is fully equipped.
In the living room there is a table for 5 persons, a couch and a television.
Also is the kitchen with a coffee machine, gas stove, microwave oven and refrigerator kitchen equipment.
In the apartment there are 2 separate bedrooms, one of which comes with a double bed, and the second bedroom 3 single beds.
In the bathroom you will find, in addition to a luxurious shower, a toilet and a sink.
The Garden is in the living rooms, private and the whole day sun!
WiFi connection is present!
The rental price is inclusive linen and towels, and a parking pass for 1 car!

Egmond aan Zee is a village in the middle of dunes and right on the sea. Egmond aan Zee
is a paradise for sunbathers, hikers and cyclists.
Those who have met once Egmond will always return. In
the former fishing village with a welcoming and cozy atmosphere there for
young and old enough to do. The village invites you to stroll along the shops and
Terraces one, on the promenade and the lighthouse.
Even in high season, the peace and tranquility of the dunes is never far away and all
Seasons you can enjoy a day at the beach. Egmond aan Zee is known for its
easily accessible beach, and is certainly one of the most beautiful beaches in the Netherlands and
forms a natural part of the village.
The air is pure and the sun often shines!

We are Bastiaan and Nanda A few years ago we fell in love with the village Egmond aan Zee. The village is situated next to the beach and dunes and offers plenty of outdoor activities. And fortunately this is where we found the house of our dreams. We always wanted to start our own guesthouse or B&B and our ‘dream house’ offered us the opportunity to build an apartment and studio… On a perfect location!
