The living area is 160 square meters and is ideal for 2 to 6 people. Cozy living room with fireplace, reading area and books, board games and table football are available. Dining room with rustic solid wood furniture, independent, new kitchen. 3 bedrooms (including 2 air conditioned, with large fitted wardrobes) and with solid beds. A full bath with tub, toilet, bidet, washbasin and 3 windows on the first floor, a shower room with toilet, sink and 2 windows. More shower in the basement. Several seating terraces, brick barbecue, petanque possibility Garage, Parking for Multiple Cars
The private swimming pool with large sun terrace is exclusively for our guests the villa and is regularly cleaned and serviced by the pool service.
A flat, completely fenced plot 1100m² Inhibits a walk alone. In 400 m away is a new, large Spar supermarket, so you can quickly walk to get the baguettes for breakfast there before. (Shopping scooter is available).
The nearest beach and a water sports center (for water sports such as surfing, diving, rowing, water skiing, sailing is approximately 500 meters. Also other beaches and shopping in the town center are about 800 meters away. There are restaurants, shops, baker, newsagent, post office, good wine store (Vinophil) with tasting, gas station, pharmacy, supermarket, cafes, banks, Monday weekly market, tourist office, Thalasse therapy hotel and a regular boat service to St. Tropez in the high season (the ride takes about 30 minutes )
Pet friendly: Villa Regina is completely fenced, so dogs can not walk alone on the taster trip.

Always a dream
We spent our vacation the entire September in Villa Regina - for the third time. It was beautiful again. This house has everything you need. It has a special atmosphere and the landlady is always available to talk to, even if it's just a small thing.
This year we were surprised by beautiful illuminations in the garden and on the terraces.
Furthermore, there is heavenly peace.
We have already booked again.
Highly recommended!

A little bit of paradise
We spent our holiday at Villa Regina for the second time.
It was fantastic again.
Everything you need is there.
The house has a wonderful atmosphere, the pool and garden are a dream.
The landlady is always available, even for small things.
We can only recommend it.

Great villa in a super location with a large pool!
We had a great week at the villa.
The house is furnished in a rustic way, most rooms are air-conditioned and everything you need is there.
The large property with the large pool is almost completely hidden from view and you are completely to yourself. No need to reserve the best sunbeds at the pool in the morning - there are enough available...;-) There are also some toys for children
We had plenty of towels and in combination with the washing machine and dryer we were able to wait for our luggage for a few days.
The way to the beach and shopping is within walking distance (< 10 min.).
The keys were handed over, the bill was settled and everything about the rental worked quickly and smoothly.
We can unreservedly recommend the accommodation and would be happy to come back ourselves!

Nice enclosed house, shopping within walking distance, village was also cool to explore.
Our entire family was able to enjoy these holidays to the fullest. Since the property is fully fenced, our dog also had his freedom again and again. Thanks to the good tips from the landlords, we experienced many different interesting sides of the region. Handing over and returning the property was very easy and uncomplicated. We felt very quickly like "at home". Great that you can rent something like this.
My impression of the place we visited:
We were completely positively surprised by the entire region. We found sandy beaches, diving bays, dog beaches - simply everything that makes us happy.

We have been to the region several times. The house of the Kluzak family was the best! The tranquillity, the beautifully furnished house and the lovely pool led to a very good rest.
It was especially nice for our miniature schnauzer "Timmy" who was perfectly fenced in.
Important: The Kluzak family is very nice and helpful.
We will gladly come again!

It was very beautiful.
We were greeted very warmly upon our arrival. However, we had to wait a bit for the handover, as the previous tenants left the house very dirty. The inspection round was thorough and all questions were answered. Unfortunately, we had to find out that the cushions for the sun loungers were left wet in the basement by the previous tenants. We had to dry them before they could be used. The grill was not cleaned, but Mr. Kluzak took care of it immediately. We found the furnishings very beautiful, with a lot of attention to detail. Everything you need is there. We were particularly impressed by the modern and high-quality electrical appliances. The secluded and beautiful large plot of land and the great pool are just as good as the house. There was always an uncomplicated exchange possible with the landlords, and they were immediately available with advice and help if needed. After a short time, we knew when the garbage collection comes, so there was no unpleasant confrontation with the wild boars. Taking care of oneself a little is also possible on vacation.

Villa mit Investitionsstau
Im Aug. 2019 haben wir 2 Wo in der Villa verbracht. Das Haus hat eine gute Lage und strahlt auch einen gewissen Charme aus. Der Pool im Garten ist sehr schön und wurde regelmäßig gepflegt. Ansonsten gibt es einige Dinge, die nicht so positiv sind. Bei der zügigen Einführungsrunde wurden wir darauf hingewiesen, dass die Beleuchtung im Spiel- und Waschzimmer teilweise ausgefallen ist. Wurde leider während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht repariert und wir konnten nur mit Hilfe einer Taschenlampe diesen Raum im Keller betreten. Es war herauszuhören, dass man darauf hofft, dass solche Reparaturen vom jeweiligen Mieter übernommen werden. Die Angabe von drei Badezimmern auf der Homepage ist schon dreist. In dem besagten Kellerraum befindet sich eine zusätzliche Dusche, was die Bezeichnung Badezimmer nicht verdient. Wir wurden auch darauf hingewiesen, die Mülltonnen entw. anzubinden oder in der Garage zu deponieren. Nachdem in der ersten Nacht die Tonnen von Wildschweinen entleert wurden, haben wir diese dann in der Garage verwahrt. Leider konnte uns Frau Kluzak nicht sagen, an welchen Tagen die Tonnen geleert werden!? Der Garten war optisch schön angelegt, jedoch war der „Rasen“ nur mit Schuhen betretbar, da dieser mit Steinen und Hartschalen übersät war. Das Haus ist ausgelegt für 6 Personen. Leider sind nur 5 Liegen vorhanden, die in einem sehr schlechten Zustand sind. Die Auflagen haben auch schon bessere Zeiten erlebt. Strom und Wasser wird nach Verbrauch abgerechnet und von der Kaution einbehalten. Da wäre es angebracht, dass die Zählerstände bei Übergabe gezeigt und dokumentiert werden. Auf der Website ist der durchschn. Wochenverbrauch mit ca. 25 - 35 € angegeben. Wir haben tats. Strom und Wasser für ca. 87 €/Woche verbraucht. Wie wir das geschafft haben, entzieht sich unserer Kenntnis. Auf unserer Nachfrage leider keine Reaktion der Familie Kluzak. Dass wir unsere Restkaution erst nach über 2 Wochen bekommen haben, passt zum Gesamtbild. Von uns leider keine Empfehlung.

Diese negative Bewertung von Herrn W. wundert mich, weil ich einmal zum Töpfe giessen kam und fragte, ob alles in Ordnung sei, was bejaht wurde. Herr W. und seine Mitreisenden waren nett, schienen zufrieden zu sein und es kam vor Ort keine Kritik, aber dann nach der Abreise kam ein Schuss von hinten!
Stellungnahme zu seiner Kritik: Im Spielzimmer(Kellerraum) befindet sich eine Beleuchtung, die zweite wurde selbstverständlich von unserem Elektriker inzwischen repariert. Dass wir von Herrn W. die Reparatur erwarteten, entspricht auch nicht der Wahrheit, denn so etwas muss von einem Fachmann durchgeführt werden, da uns die Sicherheit unserer Gäste am Herzen liegt. Da wird grundsätzlich nicht gespart.
Im Haus befinden sich 2 Badezimmer, eine weitere Dusche befindet sich im Souterrain mit schnellem Zugang zum Pool durch die Garage. - Ich teilte Herrn W. mit, dass die Müllabfuhr 3 x die Woche käme, die Tage aber variieren.
- Wir haben grosse Terrassen bauen lassen, auch um den Pool herum, wo man gut ohne Schuhe laufen kann. Ausserdem wird der Garten bei jedem Gästewechsel vom Gärtner geflegt. Was Herr W. mit Hartschalen im Garten meint, ist uns rätselhaft. Es waren 5 Liegen da, die sechste aufklappbare befand sich im Keller. - Dass ich die Zählerstände ablas, wusste Herr W.und hätte selbstverständlich gleichzeitig kontrollieren können. Verbrauch: Herr W. kam zu sechst angereist und ging grosszügig mit dem Verbrauch um. Herr W. legte die Auflagen für die Sonnenliegen nass im Keller ab, hat das Haus nicht besenrein hinterlassen, sondern so extrem schmutzig, so dass die Hausreinigung länger dauerte und die nachfolgenden Gäste leider warten mussten. Herr W. wandte sich an den Site Ferienhausmiete und verlangte weitere Bewertungen dort abgeben zu können unter verschiedenen Namen, was aber nicht geduldet wurde. Herr W. droht uns und schickte uns persönlich beleidigende Mail.... auch unterhalb der Gürtellinie.
Wir verstehen seine für uns nicht nachvollziehbaren Reaktionen und Mails nicht. Wir sind darüber höchst irritiert und appellieren nochmals, uns nicht mehr zu kontaktieren, bzw. zu belästigen. Herrn W. wurde nichts Schlimmes angetan.

Villa mit Charme, die uns die schönsten Familienurlaube beschert hat
Wir waren in diesem Sommer bereits zum dritten Mal Gäste in der wundervollen Villa Regina. Es ist jedes Mal - wie "nach Hause kommen". Die Villa ist ca. 10 min fußläufig vom Meer und vom Supermarkt entfernt. Am Strand konnte unser Hund abends immer super baden gehen. Die Restaurants sind ca. nach 30 min fußläufig erreichbar. Das Vermieter-Ehepaar begrüßte uns immer sehr herzlich, erklärte freundlich alles (auch, das die Zählerstände abgelesen und erfasst sind). Die Zählerstände kann man sich gern von der Vermieterin zeigen lassen und mit dem Erfassungsbeleg abgleichen. Die Villa ist eine sehr geräumige Unterkunft mit südländischen Charme. Sie bietet alles wie in der Besschreibung erwähnt. Das Highlight ist der wunderschöne Pool, der auch während unseres Aufenthaltes regelmäßig gesäubert wurde. Da wir, wie gesagt schon seit 2013 Gäste der Villa sind, können wir uns auch ein echtes Urteil über die steten Renovierungsarbeiten und Verbesserungen erlauben. So wurde z.B. im Laufe dieser Jahre der Weg von der oberen Terrasse zum Pool vollständig mit Platten gelegt, die Terrassenmöbel wurden vollständg erneuert, die Waschmaschine, Herd und Kaffeemaschine wurde zwischenzeitlich ersetzt, der Trockner wurde neu angeschafft, das W-LAN wurde zur Verfügung gestellt (sehr zur Freude unserer Kinder), die Sonnenschirme und Auflagen sind neu, die Außenrollos wurden zwischenzeitlich überholt und teilweise erneuert,die Dusche im kleinen Bad wurde neu gefliest und so könnte ich noch viele, viele Kleinigkeiten aufzählen, die so gar nicht die Bezeichnung "Villa mit Investitionsstau" rechtfertigen. Wer schon öfter den Sommer an der Côte d'Azur verbracht hat, kennt die kargen und trockenen Böden aufgrund der Hitze. Rasen wässern? - zwecklos! Die Vermieterin ist aber 2x in der Woche vorbeigekommen
und hat alle Töpfe gegossen.Die Kautionsrückzahlung klappt immer top.Wir lieben dieses charmante Anwesen und haben hier die schönsten Urlaube mit unseren Kindern verbracht. Wir kommen gern wieder!

The landlords were at the house immediately after arrival. Very nice. Super nice, homely, clean, everything there. Really only 450 m to the sea. Everything within easy reach. Quiet location. Pool very clean. Nice sunbeds, comfortable beds. We and our dog felt very comfortable and will be back next year. Many thanks to the great landlords and all the best.

We spent a very nice holiday in July in the villa "Regina" of the Kluzak family. The house is very tastefully furnished and technically up to date. The garden also has many small details that show that the landlords have the well-being of the holiday guests at heart. The pool is just perfect (you almost have to overcome yourself to go to the beach :))! The distances to the shopping or also to stroll, or also to the harbour (ferry to St. Tropez)- simply super! You can also leave the car in the garage. Many thanks to Mrs Kluzak for the nice welcome and of course the welcome drink. The house can be recommended without reservation.
