Description
The house "Casa Salvatore" is on the sunny southwest coast of Tenerife in Los Menores (Adeje) and is situated at about 300 meters. It is a detached house with a dreamlike look at the Atlantic and the coastal towns such as Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas, and the surrounding mountains.
Of particular note the views of the coastal towns "Los Cristianos" and "Playa de Las Americas" is the evening. The sea of lights is just terrific. And if you still evening sitting at the illuminated pool, you will not forget the holidays so quickly ...
The house (50 sqm and 25 sqm terrace) has a large living room with open kitchen, which is visually separated by a breakfast bar. The living room has a television with satellite antenna to receive almost all German television programs and a radio with CD player. On the approximately 7000 sqm plot is also the owner's house, can recommend good restaurants near the happy informed on request of hiking or.
The cozy seating area can in a few steps to the bed (90 x 200 cm) to be rebuilt. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need on holiday: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, iron, kettle, vacuum cleaner, refrigerator with separate freezer, 2-burner gas stove and much more. The bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm). The comfortable mattresses ensure a comfortable sleep. The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer.
If one a few steps through the garden, then there are about 30 meters from the house a swimming pool in a class. The pool is about 100 square meters, at the entrance completely flat and reaches to the other side about 2 m depth. Water cascades let the filtered water back splash back into the pool. Next to the pool is a 200-m², fine "sandy beach", where you can also play beach volleyball. Clearly, on the terrace by the pool some sunbeds and parasols. On the covered patio you will find a charcoal grill and another fridge.

Some restaurants can be reached in about 2-5 minutes. Large supermarkets are about 5 minutes away. The beautiful sandy beach at Hotel Bahia del Duque can be reached in 10 minutes. The house is located between two golf courses: Golf Costa Adeje can be reached in 5 minutes, and Golf Abama in 10 minutes.
South Airport about 25 minutes

Dreamlike view
We felt very comfortable in Tenerife, in the holiday home, on the property and in neighbourhood to the residents of the main house. Mrs Solange and her son Fabrice gave us a warm welcome and it is pleasant to have German-speaking landlords. The house offers everything you need on holiday. After a short walk through the palm garden, the magnificent pool landscape and the endless view over the ocean open up to you. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet, the nearby motorway did not bother us. Only a few small things need to be replaced or repaired, but this in no way spoils the overall experience of Casa Salvatore.

Fabulous holiday home

Super , quiet location
Centrally located, away from the tourist hustle and bustle.
Ideal for 2 persons. Restaurants and shopping within easy reach.
Car is recommended. Landlords are very nice and helpful.

Beautiful house, located in a quiet area.
Beautiful house, located in a quiet area. There are several good restaurants that can be reached within a few minutes by car. I have never seen such a beautiful pool area at a private home before. The hosts are very friendly and we had a lot of fun together. If you don't just want to lie on the beach but are looking for a good starting point to explore Tenerife, this is the right place. We were again satisfied with the apartment you provided. During a future visit, we will look at your website again.

Einfach super, schönes Haus, tolle poollandschaft, nette Vermieter, grandios der sundowner am "Belvedere".
Einsam und ruhig, aber gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 4 km. Mietwagen ist sinnvoll, gute Erfahrung mit Cicar.
