This quietly situated, well-maintained, privately owned holiday home is situated in a beautiful panoramic location on a large private plot with a beautiful garden and a large, private pool with a view.
Directly next to the 5 x 10 metre private pool, which cannot be seen, is a large sun terrace with dining table, chairs and sun loungers, outdoor shower and a large brick fireplace barbecue. The terrace is not visible and also offers very nice shady spots. Enjoy the beautiful panoramic view all the way to the sea in wonderful peace and quiet. The private property is approx. 800 sqm and has a well-kept Mediterranean garden with beautiful palm trees.
The recently renovated holiday home is equipped for 4 - 6 people. On request, an internet connection via WLAN with unlimited usage volume is available for you. The house offers two double bedrooms (the beds have single mattresses), a newly renovated bathroom with extra large shower, washbasin and toilet. as well as a new, modern kitchen with dishwasher. The living room has a fireplace and is equipped with a couch (which can also be used as a sofa bed if required) and two armchairs as well as a dining table, SAT-TV and stereo system. Both bedrooms, the bathroom and one of the windows in the living room have fly screens. High chair and baby travel cot (60 x 120 cm) are available.
The newly fitted kitchen is extensively equipped with a dishwasher, gas cooker, oven (electric), microwave, large refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots and other cooking utensils. It has direct access to the covered terrace, furnished with a dining set and a rattan 3-seater sofa, which offers magnificent views of the sea and the Penon de Ifach. A roof terrace also offers great views of Calpe Bay and Penon de Ifach. A washing machine is available, and there is a brick rotary dryer behind the house.
The house has recently been completely renovated, the bathroom and the fitted kitchen are new. The entire interior has been newly tiled. The windows of the two bedrooms have been fitted with fly screens and shutters. Two fans are available for cooling. Outside, the pool has been renovated and the garage (double garage with a depth of 6.5 metres) has been renovated.
A well-maintained property for sole use awaits you here, with beautiful gardens.

Restaurants and tennis courts are about 500 metres away, Puerto Blanco with a small beach about 900 metres, beaches and the centre of Calpe are 3 km away.

Due to the very detailed information about the villa, we had a good feeling right from the start and were not disappointed upon arrival, everything was as described and the fantastic view of the Mediterranean Sea thrilled us, the person in charge of the handover on site was friendly and helpful and gave us many tips about the surroundings, as we were traveling to this region for the first time - we just booked the house again, this time for our Pentecost vacation, so we gladly give our 5-star rating.

Traumurlaub
