The house is located in the southern part of Egmond aan Zee, in the dunes, 100 meters from the beach and the sea. Nearby a children's playground. The house has a separate entrance with private terrace. Parking facilities are available and bicycles can bring. The center with the shopping street is walking only 5 minutes. On the wide beach there in the summer numerous pavilions and facilities for sailing and surfing. In the village you will find entertainment of any kind. Café terraces, restaurants, sports arrangements and operations, in short for every taste is catered for. Its ancient rural character as makes Egmond aan Zee and this apartment for a cozy family resort.

Tolle Lage!
Wir haben sehr nette Tage zu zweit mit zwei kleinen Hunden hier verbracht. Der Platz war ausreichend und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, man ist in drei Minuten am Strand, in zehn Minuten im Zentrum und direkt gegenüber beginnen die Dünen. Für einen Hundeurlaub einfach perfekt.

Gemütliche Wohnung/Kommunikation schwierig
Es ist eine gemütliche kleine Wohnung. Man findet alles, was man im alltäglichen Leben benötigt. Im Toiletten/Duschbereich befindet sich kein Waschbecken. Das Händewaschen ist in der Küche oder im oberen Bereich möglich. Einen Hygieneeimer ist nicht auf der Toilette vorhanden.
Der Vorteil dieser Wohnung ist die Strandnähe.
Wir werden diese Wohnung nach mehrmaligen wiederkommen nicht mehr buchen.
Die Kommunikation über den Anbieter\Gastgeber stellt sich bei Problemen als schwierig heraus.
Es wurde ein Mehraufwand bei der Reinigung der Wohnung beanstandet, bei genauerem Nachfragen allerdings nicht differenziert gesagt,was dieser beinhaltete.
Es wurde einfach ignoriert.
Der Ferienort Egmoond ist wunderschön und der Strand sehr zu empfehlen.

Super tolles Ferienhaus
Sehr schönes kleines Ferienhaus mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Wir haben zu dritt einen unvergesslichen Urlaub erleben dürfen. Sehr nette Vermieterin, kurzer Weg zum Strand. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder :-).

It doesn't get any better than this...
We, a couple, spent 1 week on holiday with our dog in this beautiful cottage. It had everything you need for a perfect self-catering holiday. The house was lovingly furnished and very very clean. The landlady is incredibly nice and came across as very warm. The beach is close by and the beautiful centre of Egmond aan Zee is within walking distance. Everything was perfect! We would love to come back again!

Schönes Häusschen,liebevoll eingerichtet,strandnah und ruhig.Nur ein kleiner Backofen für Brötchen oder Pizza wäre noch toll,hatten wir aber selbst dabei.Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Wunderbare Tage
Wir haben tolle Tage in dem kleinen, liebevoll eingerichteten Häuschen verbracht.
Toll ausgestattet und nah am Strand. Supermarkt und Restaurants sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr ruhige Lage.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Sehr zu empfehlen
Wir waren zwei Wochen im Beach 44.
Das Haus ist klein aber völlig ausreichend für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, die Lage ist ruhig aber trotzdem alles innerhalb von 10min zu erreichen.
Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Kurzurlaub
Die Feriewohnung ist klein aber gemütlich . Wir waren zu viert und hatten Platz genug. Die Wohnung ist ca.100 Meter vom Strand entfernt. Alles war fussläufig zu erreichen .
