The Seepferdchen holiday flat in the basement of the Nordseevilla-Seestern is ideally situated in a residential area,
approx. 1.5 km north of the climatic health resort Wittmund and approx. 10 km south of the North Sea resort Carolinensiel/Harlesiel
You can reach the beach in an easy 10-minute drive or by bicycle.
Many supermarkets within a radius of 1 - 2 km, two of them open on Sundays.
The location is so ideal that you can explore East Frisia and the North Sea coast in a star shape,
whether by land, sea or air, and at any time of year.
