The holiday flat is completely renovated and equipped with new high-quality furniture and a modern fitted kitchen
From the south-facing balcony, the flat offers a fantastic view over the Olympic marina to the Baltic Sea and across the Kiel Fjord to Laboe
The flat has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m). The 2nd bedroom has a loft bed and a separate bed (80 cm wide), which can also be used as a sofa. There is also a desk and a bookshelf with literature worth reading. The living area is equipped with a sofa, the fitted kitchen and a dining table with 3 chairs. A flat-screen TV, a DVD player, wireless headphones and a radio/CD player as well as free WLAN are also available. The shower room has natural light. In the hallway there is a large built-in wardrobe and a coat rack with shoe cupboard. On the balcony there is a table with 3 chairs. An awning provides shade. The flat can be reached barrier-free by a modern lift. A parking space is available.

Location and surroundings of object
The flat is located in the northernmost district of Kiel. Schilksee is located directly on the Kiel Fjord. The Olympic Centre was built for the 1972 Olympics. Many national and international sailing regattas take place here every year, especially for the Kieler Woche. The SAND BEACH of Schilksee, which is free of tourist tax, is about 150 m away. Beach chairs can be rented there. In the row of shops of the Olympiazentrum there is a small SUPERMARKET, a PIZZERIA, an ICE DISH, a CAFÉ as well as several clothing shops. A restaurant serving upscale Schleswig-Holstein and Spanish cuisine with a terrace overlooking the sea is located directly below the row of shops
A SEA WATER SWIMMING POOL is also located in the immediate vicinity of the flat.
Nearby are pharmacies, an optician, several hairdressers and a Sky supermarket, which is also open on Sundays
The beautiful sandy beach of the neighbouring municipality of STRANDE with several restaurants and "fish stalls" on the beach can be reached via the beach promenade in about 15 minutes
The beautifully situated and challenging GOLFCLUB UHLENHORST with 27 holes is about 3 km away.

Very nice apartment in a quiet location

Simply great
Very beautiful, bright apartment in a prime location. Great view! Nothing was missing. We were very happy about a bottle of wine, a bottle of water, and the Danish pastry. The bus stop right outside the front door was very convenient. A successful vacation! Check-in and check-out were smooth. Everything was top organized! We will definitely come back!!

Alles tiptop
Die Ferienwohnung hat eine hervorragende Ausstattung. Die Sauberkeit lässt keine Wünsche offen und der Ausblick ist ein Traum. Ein Badestrand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fast direkt vor der Tür. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter! Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt! Schön modern eingerichtet, sauber, alles da was man braucht. SUPER!!!
Wir waren im Juli zu Gast in dieser Wohnung und was soll ich sagen.... Begeisterung auf ganzer Ebene. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, selbst im Kinderzimmer hat man an alles gedacht. Gemütlich und sauber, man fühlte sich gleich angekommen. Dazu kleine Aufmerksamkeiten zur Begrüßung. Die Lage... Besser geht es nicht. Der Strand, Hafen, Italiener, Eiskaffee.... alles vor Ort. Und dazu Bus und Fähre vor der Tür.... Wir sind schweren Herzens abgereist und werden definitiv die Wohnung weiter empfehlen. Danke

Stilvolles Apartment am Olymiazentrum
Zum wiederholten Mal waren wir Gast in diesem schönen Apartment in Schilksee (perfekte Lage für Segler). Die Wohnung ist zwar nicht riesig, aber völlig ausreichend für ein 4-köpfige Familie. Besonders haben uns der seitliche Blick auf die Ostsee, der freundliche Kontakt zur Vermieterin und die geschmackvolle Einrichtung gefallen. Zudem ist die Wohnung außergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet: vom Milchschäumer über Seifenspender bis hin zu Spielen/ Büchern ist wirklich alles vorhanden! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schöne Zeit in Schilksee
Sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit tollem Blick vom Balkon.

Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute wohl gefühlt. Es ist wirklich an alles gedacht. Besser geht es nicht. Wir haben den sonnigen Balkon und den Meerblick genossen und kommen ganz sicher bald wieder.

A wonderful week
We wanted the beach and the sea and a flat that was not too far away.
From the flat to the beach (incl. lift ride) it is about 9 minutes walk at a leisurely pace.
The flat has (almost) everything you need. There were more kitchen appliances than we have at home. Everything was very space-saving and neatly stored in the cupboards. (Respect to the TETRIS master)
Only a kettle was missing (for us), but we had taken the precaution of packing it.
It was clean, quiet, all electrical appliances worked, the Wi-Fi was stable and we immediately felt very comfortable.
If it works out, we will be happy to come back in 2018. :-)

Ferienwohnung zum Wohlfühlen
Wir waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende mit Kleinkind (3 Monate) in Kiel und hatten das Glück diese tolle Ferienwohnung zu haben. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr nett und auch die Buchungsabwicklung lief ohne Probleme. Zur Ferienwohnung: Die Wohnung befindet sich im Olympia Hotel in Kiel-Schilksee und man hat einen guten Blick auf den Hafen. und die Kieler Bucht. Die Räumlichkeiten wurden erst vor kurzem renoviert. Alles ist sehr modern und die Ausstattung ist super. Es fehlt an nichts. Wir hatten schon einige Ferienwohnungen, aber diese sticht wirklich hervor. Die Wohnung is liebevoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich wirklich wie zuhause. So kann man den Urlaub genießen. Wenn wir mal wieder in Kiel sind, greifen wir auf jeden Fall wieder auf diese schöne Ferienwohnung zurück.

Hard to top
We were lucky enough to spend a week in this beautiful, newly renovated flat. The furnishings are of high quality and there is really nothing missing. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need and more. The beds are excellent. The bathroom is small, but also of high quality.
The location was very convenient for us cyclists, the ferry to Laboe docks almost in front of the door.
The contact with the landlords was very friendly and helpful.
Once again THANK YOU!
