Our new modern beach flat on the 1st floor is suitable for non-smokers and allergy sufferers. The very well equipped comfort flat, ideal for 2-3 people, offers a living/sleeping room with a well-equipped kitchenette and a separate anteroom with sleeping accommodation for a third person. Digit. SAT-TV (flat screen) and radio are also available. The large sheltered garden invites you to linger.
A car parking space at the house.
Our guests have the possibility to participate in the rich breakfast buffet in the neighbouring house Teestube (on registration).

Location and surroundings of object
Very central, directly on the dyke and beach in Kurzone 1. Baker, restaurants and shopping facilities are just a few steps away
Arrival by car:
-From Bremen in the direction of Oldenburg, then take the BAB 29 in the direction of Wilhelmshaven, then take the Jever-Wittmund exit (to the North Sea resorts). The nearest towns are: Jever - Wittmund - Esens - Carolinensiel - Neuharlingersiel
-From the BAB 31 via Meppen, Leer, Aurich, Esens to Neuharlingersiel
Directions directly in the village:
In the centre of the village, in spa zone 1, directly at the Frische-Center Lübken, turn off the main road into the street Zum Deich. After a few metres, turn sharp left into Deichringstraße.
Arrival by train:
The nearest railway station is approx. 6 km away, in the town of Esens. We will be happy to pick you up from the station
The fishing village of Neuharlingersiel was first mentioned in a document over 300 years ago. Since that time, the image of the harbour has changed constantly. But it is and remains what it has always been
The heart of Neuharlingersiel and window to the sea. A large shrimp cutter fleet is moored here on the bollard, sea fish are still smoked in the old-fashioned way, and there is no fresher shrimp to pick than directly from the cutter. The fishermen hold their "Klönsnack" here and you have a view of the departing and arriving fishing boats.

In the season we have to pay 3,00 Euro day/ per person and in the quiet time from 1,00 Euro to the Kurverein. Severely disabled persons from 80 % + B are exempt. Children up to 6 years free, children from 6 years-16 years 1,60 Euro/day. A laundry package is charged at 15.00 Euro per person, you will find the beds already freshly made up and towels/dishcloths/washing-up cloths are ready. We would like to explicitly point out that the tenant accepts our offer and the terms and conditions and privacy policy on our website when making a booking, which can be made by telephone, in writing or by e-mail. |
