We welcome you to our beautiful Villa Grassy Key in the southwest of Cape Coral. It is located directly on a fresh water canal and offers you everything you need for a perfect holiday under the Florida sun!
We know from experience that the pool area is one of the most important places on a Florida holiday. Whether sunbathing to relax or refreshing stays in the pool - most of the time is spent by the water, protected from insects by a screen. Thanks to the south-facing position overlooking the canal, you have an unobstructed view of the sun all day long. The water in the pool is heated as needed by an energy-saving solar or electric heater.
You can eat your meals comfortably on the terrace, a large dining table with enough space for 6 people is waiting to be set. For sunbathing and relaxing, there are 3 loungers and a covered lounge seating area - so pure relaxation!
In case you don't want to sit by the pool or in the sun, the house has a bright and open as well as fully air-conditioned living area. The transitions from the living room, dining room and kitchen are fluid and you always have an unobstructed view of the terrace, the pool area and the canal.
The living room is equipped with a comfortable couch that can accommodate all guests. A large flat-screen TV with smart TV functions and a well-stocked bookshelf mean that even long evenings in the house will not be boring
The kitchen has been fully equipped and offers you every conceivable comfort. Whether dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator with fresh water and ice maker, toaster or coffee maker - everything is available. If you don't want to start the day on the terrace, you can have breakfast directly at the practical bar. A dining area with a view of the pool offers you plenty of space for a meal with up to 6 people. Plenty of crockery and cutlery is available for your stay.
Our spacious and open plan house with 3 bedrooms offers enough space for up to 6 people.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, a smart TV, and a large walk-in wardrobe, and offers you a direct view and access to the pool area. A beautiful en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, toilet and double vanity is also provided for the master bedroom. The other two bedrooms each have a queen-size bed and share a modern bathroom with shower bath, WC, double vanity and direct access to the pool area. All rooms are fully air-conditioned and have a large wardrobe, ceiling fans and smart TV. Fresh bed linen is provided in all bedrooms and already made up on your arrival. All bathrooms are equipped with sufficient towels as well as bath towels for pool or beach, so you do not need to bring your own.
The laundry is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
To ensure that even our smallest guests feel at home with us, a baby cot, high chair and pool and beach toys are of course available free of charge.
You can use WiFi high-speed internet free of charge throughout the house
The entire house is tiled and therefore also allergy-friendly.
To make sure that your excursions to the many beaches nearby are just as much fun, we provide you with a cool box, parasol and beach chairs.

Our Villa Grassy Key is located in a beautiful and quiet neighbourhood in the southwest of Cape Coral. You can reach many recreational facilities in a few minutes by car - such as the Sun Splash Family Waterpark in less than 10 minutes, Cape Harbour in 15 minutes, Sanibel and Captiva Island with beautiful sandy beaches in about 45 minutes and Fort Myers Beach in about 40 minutes. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. Our villa is located on a beautiful freshwater canal and offers you the opportunity to explore Cape Coral by canoe from the water or to fish directly on the shore.
A boat ramp with access to the Gulf of Mexico is in the immediate vicinity - so nothing stands in the way of an evening restaurant visit by boat, an excursion to the neighbouring islands or a deep-sea fishing trip and much more.
There is always an activity for every taste and for young and old that you can do from our villa. We would be happy to give you suggestions and ideas for your personal holiday planning in Florida! Cape Coral is located in the west of Florida on the Gulf of Mexico. The city is located in the district (County) Lee in the neighbourhood of Fort Myers and Sarasota as well as Marco Island.
Cape Coral is also known as the Venice of America because of the more than 600 km of water canals that run through it. Cape Coral is ideal for holidaymakers looking for peace and quiet.

Traumurlaub
Einfach traumhaft! Wir haben die Villa Grassy Key genauso vorgefunden, wie sie im Internet beschrieben ist. Sie ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Alles war tipptopp gepflegt und vor allem auch sehr sauber. Auch der Kontakt zu den Vermietern im Vorwege war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen gern wieder!

Sehr ansprechendes, sauberes und sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus in angenehmer Lage
Die Ausstattung des Hauses ließ keine Wünsche offen, es war wirklich alles - und mehr - vorhanden was wir brauchten. Alle Bereiche im Haus waren sehr sauber ...
Die Umgebung war angenehm ruhig, es war sehr entspannend am Kanal zu sitzen und die Schildkröten zu füttern ...
Die Sonne schien von morgens bis abends auf den Poolbereich / die Terrasse, was für die etwas kühlere Winterzeit optimal ist.
Die Kommunikation mit dem sehr netten Eigentümer lief von Anfang bis Ende hervorragend, es blieb keine Frage offen, Antworten erfolgten umgehend.
Wir würden in jedem Fall die Villa Grassy Key wieder buchen, es gab wirklich überhaupt nichts zu beanstanden oder negatives zu erwähnen.

Super Woche in einem Traumhaus

Traumhaus
Gerne schreiben wir etwas zu unserem Urlaub in der Villa Grassy Key! Wir sind absolut zufrieden und hatten eine wirklich tolle Zeit. Perfekt ausgestattetes Haus, sehr hochwertig und modern eingerichtet und eine herrlich ruhige Lage. Wir haben viele Ausflüge von dort gemacht - alles ist prima zu erreichen und unser Lieblings-Supermarkt (Publix) ist im Prinzip um die Ecke. ;o)
Von Frau Müller hatten wir im Vorfeld viele Tipps bekommen, so konnten wir unseren Urlaubs bestens planen und auch vor Ort gab es bei Bedarf Unterstützung! Also: alles bestens und wir empfehlen dieses Haus gerne weiter!!!

TOP Ferienhaus....
Meine Frau und ich waren das zweite Mal in diesem Ferienhaus und wurden auch dieses Mal nicht enttäuscht. Alles war auch dieses Mal super gepflegt und sauber - so wie wir es schon kannten. Gefreut hatten wir uns über die eine oder andere Veränderung - so waren ein paar neue Pflanzen/Palmen im Garten dazu gekommen und auch sonst fehlte es uns wieder an nichts. Es war bestimmt nicht der letzte Urlaub in der Villa Grassy Key!

Perfektes Feriendomizil
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dieser Villa - alles war wirklich super in Schuss und sehr gepflegt und sauber. Einfach traumhaft....
Die Villa Grassy Key ist einfach ein rundum tolles Ferienhaus. Wir haben schon viele Urlaube in Florida verbracht und uns hier am wohlsten gefühlt. Wir könnten viele Gründe aufführen, warum es uns so gut gefiel, das würde wohl aber den Rahmen sprengen. Zusammen gefasst: Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Traumhafter Urlaub...
Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in diesem wunderschönen Haus. Super Ausstattung ganz nach unserem Geschmack, sehr schön ruhig gelegen und der riesig große Poolbereich hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Herrlich warmes Wasser und man kann sowohl die Sonne genießen, als auch ein schattiges Plätzchen finden - wirklich ein perfektes Haus für einen perfekten Sommerurlaub. Wir empfehlen die Villa Grassy Key uneingeschränkt weiter!!
