Description
This country-style property from the early 20th century has been restored and renovated without altering the original charm of a Tuscan country house.
So in the bedrooms the old wood-beamed ceilings, terracotta floors and stone walls have been preserved.
The rooms are tastefully furnished with original carefully restored furniture or antiques.
Outside the house there are large green areas, the pool area with panoramic views, a playground and covered parking.
Interior
The villa offers 400 m² of living space and can accommodate max. 17 people in 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms and one guest toilet.
On the ground floor there is a wheelchair-accessable bedroom and bathroom.
The entire property consists of 4 apartments and a large living room.
On the ground floor there are 2 apartments, one with 3 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the other with a double bed plus extra single bed (on the gallery). Both of them have kitchens with fireplace.
All rooms have a direct access to the garden.
The smaller apartment is wheelchair-accessable with a disabled- friendly bathroom.
On the 1st floor there are two more spacious apartments. One for 2 or 3 persons with a large double room with en suite bathroom and a large living room with fireplace.
The fourth apartment for 6 or 7 persons is very spacious and consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 comfortable bathrooms (with shower) and a large kitchen with fireplace. This apartment has as well its independent heating and satellite TV.
Outdoor
The villa is surrounded by a 6500 m² large fenced garden, in which you find the large pool ( x 15m; water depth to m) and its area for sunbathing, a shady gazebo for outdoor dining, a pizza oven and a large barbecue.
Dispersed on the well-kept ground there are many shady spots with tables and chairs.
For guests are on the property sufficient parking spaces available.

Location and surroundings of object
The access road is easily passable by car.
The nearest restaurant is only 3 km and the nearest grocery store 6 km away. The villa is located 300 meters above sea level in the Val d'Orcia between San Quirico d'Orcia and Chianciano Terme, near San Gimignano and belongs to the municipality of Castiglione d'Orcia (Siena).
It is an ideal starting point for excursions to the famous historic and cultural cities in the surrounding area such as Florence, Siena, Volterra, Pisa, Montepulciano, Pienza, Montalcino, etc.
