The fireplace provides an exclusive cosy atmosphere and the wide window front to the adjoining roof terrace provides a light living ambience. There is plenty of seating furniture available on the roof terrace. The living room has underfloor heating and oak parquet flooring. The two bedrooms are furnished with large, comfortable double beds. Built-in cupboards provide you with sufficient storage space
The following appliances are at your disposal: TV flatscreen (satellite connection), stereo system.
The modern fitted kitchen with cooking island, open to the living room, is fully equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, electric grill, etc.
The chic bathroom has a corner bathtub, a shower and a hairdryer.
The flat is suitable as a holiday home but also as an alternative to a hotel or guesthouse. Our guests are holidaymakers, business travellers and people looking for temporary accommodation

Cancellation terms:
- Eine Stornierung/ Umbuchung bedarf der schriftlichen Bestätigung des Vermieters. Bei einer Stornierung gilt die folgende Staffelung. Grundlage hierfür ist der bestätigte Gesamt-Logispreis für den gesamten gebuchten Zeitraum. Stornierung bis 30 Tage vor Anreise: Bearbeitungsgebühr 50,00 EUR. Stornierung bis 14 Tage vor Anreise: Bearbeitungsgebühr 70 % des Mietpreises. Stornierung 1 Tag vor Anreise: Bearbeitungsgebühr 90 % des Mietpreises. Maßgeblich für den Eingang der Stornierung ist das Eintreffen der Mitteilung beim Vermieter. Der Mieter hat das Recht, einen Ersatzmieter vorzuschlagen. Dieser muss für den Vermieter zumutbar und solvent sein. Er tritt in den Vertrag zu den bestehenden Bedingungen ein. Die Bearbeitungsgebühr für eine Umbuchung beträgt 30,00 EUR.
