Villa Anna awaits you in the first row, directly on the Ahlbeck beach promenade. Flat 6 is located on the first floor, where you can enjoy a magnificent Baltic Sea view
From the living room with adjoining balcony and from the bedroom, the Baltic Sea view extends from the Ahlbeck pier on the one hand to the Polish Baltic Sea coast on the other. The living area with seating area, without sleeping function, and TV is complemented by a complete kitchenette and a beautiful dining area.
The balcony is directly adjacent to the living room, so you have a sunny spot for breakfast.
The bedroom was newly furnished in 2016 with a double bed and a nice sitting area by the window, with a view of the Baltic Sea, and a TV. From the bedroom you enter the bathroom, which is well equipped with a bathtub and separate shower.
The final cleaning fee is € 60, if required, a laundry package can be booked for € 15.00 per person.

Villa Anna" is only a 3-minute walk from the pier, in the first row. Beach access with beach chair rental is directly in front of the house.
In the immediate vicinity you will find various restaurants as well as shopping and entertainment facilities, bicycle rental, medical centre and the spa administration.
The imperial spas of Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf and Bansin, with their up to 70 m wide, white, endless sandy beaches, promise pure relaxation. They are among the most beautiful spas on the scenic island of Usedom, which, by the way, is the sunniest region in Germany with an average of 1906 hours of sunshine a year. Ahlbeck is one of the oldest seaside resorts on the island. The landmark and best-known symbol of the island of Usedom is the pier, the only one of its kind still preserved on the German Baltic coast.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung (IKEA) zentral gelegen mit herrlichem Blick auf die Ostsee. Dusche ist für Senioren nicht geeignet. Leider unfreundlicher Hausmeister!

Der Vermieter war nicht Willens die Ferienwohnung zu dem genannten Zeitraum zu vermieten.

Es tut uns leid, dass wir Ihren Wünschen nicht gerecht werden konnten. Aber so wie bereits telefonisch mitgeteilt ist aus organisatorischen Gründen die An- und Abreise nur an Samstagen möglich.
