In our oasis of well-being, you can leave everyday life behind you.
The beach is only a few minutes' walk away, approx. 700m.
A bright living area with comfortable seating (sofa, 2 armchairs) invites you to relax. SmartTV-FullHD flat screen, telephone, WLAN, Blu-Ray player, HiFi system are of course also available.
If you like to cook, this is child's play in the fully equipped kitchen. The adjoining dining area is a cosy place to dine.
The two bedrooms also have TVs.
The daylight bathroom is equipped with a barrier-free shower, mirror, vanity mirror, hairdryer, first-aid kit and radio.
The holiday flat is fully equipped with floor heating, smoke detectors, external blinds and fly screens. Own parking space in front of the house.

Restaurants, bakery and shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity.
The indoor wave pool (Ocean Wave experience and wellness bath), a large playground in the spa park, the bad-weather playhouse for children with candle making, the mini-golf course and of course the seal breeding station are not far away and more than worth a visit. A day trip to the islands of Norderney or Juist is also highly recommended. Or you can take a bike tour to the fishing village of Greetsiel. Norddeich has been a state-recognised North Sea spa since 1997 and in 2010 it received the highest tourist recognition level "North Sea spa". The climate can be a significant healing factor for certain illnesses.

Liebe Familie Fernholz-Eden, unser 5. Urlaub geht zu Ende und der 6. ist bereits gebucht! Die Renovierung ist Ihnen großartig gelungen, unglaublich warm und gemütlich. Wir fühlen uns bei Ihnen nicht wie in einer Ferienwohnung, sondern wie zu Hause! Die Ausstattung ist mehr als großzügig und jedes Jahr freuen wir uns über das Gastgeschenk. Ihr Vermietungsservice sorgt für top Sauberkeit, was den Wohlfühlfaktor ebenfalls unterstützt. Hervorheben muss man auch Ihre prompte Kontaktaufnahme, wenn man ein Problem meldet: im ersten Jahr war es ein defektes Rollo, dass Herr Eden umgehend reparierte, dieses Jahr wollten wir nur informieren, dass eines der Räder nicht fahrbereit ist: und wieder sind Sie umgehend gekommen und haben sich gekümmert! Sollte es Sie einmal ins Ahrtal verschlagen, revanchieren wir uns mit einem Kaffee! Und apropos: der Strandkorb ist die Wucht!

Wohlfühloase
Wir haben uns in dieser gemütlichen, sauberen Wohnung vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt und können sie absolut weiterempfehlen. Besonders schön ist auch der Garten und für die Kinder die Spielgeräte. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
