Description
Newly built holiday flat in the attic of a 6-apartment house with upscale furnishings. The flats in the house are used exclusively as holiday flats.
The attic is on the second floor. The flat is reached via a generously designed staircase. The flat is suitable for four persons
The following rooms belong to the holiday flat: spacious hallway area; bedroom with a double bed; small children's room with a bunk bed; bathroom with shower, washbasin and electric towel heating; WC with washbasin and washing machine; living room with adjoining open kitchen with dining area; balcony.
The living room is equipped with a couch + large stool as well as a large TV. The generously designed kitchen is fully equipped: fridge, small freezer, microwave with grill, oven, ceramic hob, coffee machine, toaster and much more

Kölpinsee is located on the side of the municipality of Loddin facing the sea, between the Baltic Sea coast and the main road 111. The neighbouring municipality of Koserow is to the north-east, and the Loddin district of Stubbenfelde is to the south-west.
The lake of the same name with a large expanse of water is located in Kölpinsee. The lake is only two hundred metres from the Baltic Sea and is separated from it by a low foredune and a protective dyke.
The north-western part of the village is characterised by beech and pine forests and a steep coast that gradually rises towards Koserow. Towards the east, a flat section of coastline follows, rising again towards Teufelsberg, which lies between the coast and Kölpinsee.
Kölpinsee railway station is on the Züssow-Wolgaster-Swinemünde railway line, which is operated by the Usedom Bäderbahn.

The wide white sandy beach typical of Usedom makes the place very attractive for bathers in the bathing season. Lake Kölpin is an attractive destination for hikers and anglers. There are hotels and restaurants in the village. Together with Ückeritz, Koserow and Zempin, Kölpinsee/Loddin belongs to the Usedom Amber Baths Association.
On a hill at the edge of the coastal forest there is a spa pavilion where events take place during the bathing season. The historic station building, completed in 1911, houses a small museum with a local history exhibition.
Please note that in the period from September 2017 to the end of April 2018, construction noise will temporarily be caused by a new building project on the communal property. Therefore, you will be granted a discount of 25% of the rental price when booking during this period. Exception: Christmas 2017, New Year 2107/2018 and Easter 2018.

Beautiful holiday apartment in Kölpinsee for couples and families.
Very nice holiday apartment central location train station, bakery just around the corner. 500 meters to the beach. Not far to the Achterwasser either. It's best to rent or bring bicycles, then you can explore the island well without a car.

Tolle Ferienwohnung
Die Ferienwohnung Yvonne ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Eine vollständig eingerichtete Wohnküche mit Essplatz. Ein geräumiger Flur. Ein separates WC mit Waschbecken und Waschmaschine. Ein Duschbad. Ein Schlafzimmer mit ausreichend Stauraum und für alle, die mit Kindern reisen, ein Kinderzimmer mit einem Doppelstockbett. Abends lädt der geräumige Balkon zum verweilen ein. Das Haus und die Anlage sind sehr ruhig und gepflegt.
Von der Buchung, über den Kontakt mit dem Vermieter bis hin zur Übergabe der Wohnung hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Nochmals vielen Dank an die Gästebetreuung.
Obwohl das Haus nah am Bahnhof gelegen ist, hört man die UBB kaum. Auch die nahegelegene Hauptstraße ist kaum zu hören. Bäcker und Edeka sind in 2-4 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Zum Strand gelangt man zu Fuß in max. 10 Minuten.
Eine tolle Ferienwohnung, die wir sehr gern empfehlen. Egal ob für einen Kurzurlaub oder mehrere Tage oder Wochen.
