Description
On 2 floors there are 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, a large kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed. The whole house would completely renovated in 2015 and is equipped with all household appliances. Of course free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in every floor. With a large terrace and a balcony you have plenty of space to spend the summer evenings with family and friends.

Location and surroundings of object
Useres house is located in the center of village Povljana. Quite the restaurants et are the pharmacy, Market, an ATM machine, many cafe bars and a restaurant above the road - ideal if you do not want to cook.
First sandy beach is 800m. There man can also deck chairs and beach umbrellas for hire. The beach is child friendly, because the water is not fast tiff.
Although the house is in the village, you have from the terrace a beautiful sea view. Povljana is a charming village in the south of the island of Pag, which connects Dalmatia with the Kvarner islands.

On the island of Pag, you can come from two directions. By ferry Prizna-Žigljan, during the summer months it operates day and night, but out of season it runs on the traffic regulations. The second direction on how to reach the island is over the bridge on the south side of the island.

Soggiorno perfetto tra amici
Abbiamo soggiornato in questa bella casa in tre famiglie (10 persone) e siamo stati benissimo. La casa è davvero molto accogliente, nuova e con tutto il necessario per soggiornare. Il patio esterno è molto bello e si presta a tavolate tra amici e serate in compagnia. Dotata di aria condizionata quando le giornate sono molto calde e con un bel giardino con piante e cicale che fanno compagnia. Povliana è un villaggio per chi vuole tranquillità e una vacanza all'insegna del riposo . Il mare è poco distante e si raggiunge con belle passegiate. Posizione ottima per raggiungere in auto altre spiagge e le cittadine vicine, Zara a meno di un'ora. Davanti casa fruttivendolo e un ottimo ristorante , alimentari e farmacia a pochi passi. Il proprietario abita nella casa vicina ed è stato gentilissimo e sempre molto disponibile e discreto, come i signori Rumora che gestiscono la prenotazione.
Piacevolissima vacanza, ci tornemo sicuramente.

Fantastic holiday home
A beautiful house, lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need, as in its own description. We were here with seven people (four adults, three children 15 y./12 y./9 mon.) and spent a sunny holiday. In addition, we had our sports boat with us
The kitchen really invites you to cook, and there are some very good restaurants in the village - the recommendations of the landlords were top. The layout with the rooms and bathrooms is also well thought out, already the holiday home is a relaxation. With so many people, we were also happy about the washing machine and the dishwasher.
We made a few trips by car from the house, the location of the place is great to reach sights on the island of Pag as well as on the mainland.
Povljana can also be recommended for pleasure boating, the landlord also helped us with the mooring for the boat and parking for the trailer. We made many boat trips from here, either just within a half-hour radius for swimming and snorkelling - it has crystal-clear, turquoise water, or longer trips to visit other towns. The nearest water filling station is in Novalja, just under an hour away by boat, or take petrol cans to fill up in Pag.

THE GREAT HOLIDAY
We had a wonderful time in the house Dana. We were 3 adults and 4 chidlren and everything was perfect - amenities, space, hosts, we really enjoyed our stay, especially sitting on the big terrace with the odour of lavender. I really recommend this accommodation for families and people who seek quiet, spacious and clean accommodation
