The romantic fishing village Stinjan lies in a picturesque bay in the southwestern part of the Istrian peninsula. Interesting are the remains of an old military harbor. Centrally located the beach, surrounded by a Pinienwald.Štinjan is located near Pula, on the hills and valleys on the northern coast of the Bay of Pula. In Roman times it was known as "; In Štinjan you can the parish church with the bell tower of St. Margarita, the monument to the victims of fascism "Saliz" street, Turulu hills, visit Cristo fortress on Prostina peninsula and the remains of Roman baths with mosaic floor and the remains of a large wool factory in the bay and Guc cape Žunac. developed this small and quiet tourist town is 700m from the central beach surrounded by pine trees, so we would recommend for a family holiday. TOP vacation rental, we will come back❤️❤️❤️
We were warmly welcomed by our hosts, shown the holiday apartment which is beautifully beautiful, extremely clean and tidy, equipped with everything you need for daily use. The garden with outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen, sun loungers, garden furniture is very well maintained and beautifully designed. The car can be parked on the property in the carport. The hosts made a great effort and showed us the surrounding area on the first day, they were also always helpful with tips and ideas for excursions, beaches, restaurants, shopping.... Different beaches can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by car. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in Stinjan, we have found new friends for life in our hosts and we will definitely come back. Many thanks to both of you, dear Gordana and dear Dragan ?

Warm hosts, a truly beautiful, tasteful and high-quality furnished vacation apartment, very clean and well-maintained. A dreamlike garden with outdoor kitchen, sun loungers, garden furniture and outdoor shower: simply beautiful!

Holidays to feel good!
We have just spent 2 wonderful weeks here.
We found the flat as described in the text and photos.
It was easy to arrive and feel at home. The flat is furnished to a high standard, very clean, well-maintained and equipped with all the necessary things. We were also very pleased that the cupboards were not overloaded with unnecessary things and we could store our own things well and generously. The property is very well maintained and the neighbourhood pleasant. For our dog, the large fenced property was a dream. The landlords care a lot about the well-being of their guests, they were there to help us with words and deeds, to explain and show us the most important things, gave us great tips for excursions. We were able to explore many different beaches in the close vicinity - secluded bays or beaches with bars, restaurants and water sports. By car you can be everywhere in max. 5 minutes. Pula and the beautiful Fazana are only a few minutes away by car.

Five stars are not enough, it was a perfect holiday.
Beautiful house in impeccable, very well maintained and very clean condition. Furnished with love, super cosy and comfortable.
We were very warmly welcomed by Gordana and Dragan and received lots of great tips. We lacked nothing, this hospitality can't be topped!!!
Whether on foot or by car, you can reach everything easily in no time.
We had a relaxing, super nice time and can recommend the flat with a clear conscience.

Holidays with and at the family's. Hearty, familiar.
We were very positively surprised about this very beautiful flat, even more about the warm, family host family who were always there with advice and action.there was nothing missing in the flat and everything very clean.we felt very comfortable..like at home. Unfortunately, the 2 weeks were over very quickly and it was hard to say goodbye, as the host family made it very easy for us to take them into our hearts. A dream holiday came true for us in a very beautiful area, bathing and sunbathing, the country and its people

Super 3-generation vacation
This vacation was fabulous from start to finish!
We were welcomed so warmly by Gordana and Dragan that we felt right at home. The apartment's amenities are excellent and everything was spotless, so we felt completely comfortable. Everything looks even better in person than in the already good pictures.
The location is optimal, Gordana and Dragan showed us the great beaches in the area and shopping possibilities and were always helpful.
The property was great for our one-year-old son to play and move around, and Grandma, Grandpa, and we could relax wonderfully there.
In summary, everything was perfect and we would love to come back again!!!

Super, super, super holiday
Can only agree with the other reviews :-) Great hosts with a really nice holiday flat. Here you simply notice that everything is furnished and done with heart. Everything is here and the property is a dream. Likewise the surroundings, something for everyone..... Fantastically beautiful. We will come again and can recommend this holiday home. Die perfekte Ferienwohnung :-)
Wir waren das vierte mal in Kroatien und haben endlich eine Ferienwohnung gefunden, mit der wir zu 100% zufrieden sind!!!
Es ist alles vorhanden, sehr gepflegt und hochwertig!
Die Familie Arsic bemüht sich sehr um das Wohl der Mieter. Auf Wunsch bekommt man sogar nochmals frische Handtücher oder darf seine eigene Wäsche waschen.
Auch wir haben tolle Tipps für Freizeitgestaltung, Einkauf, Restaurants, Strände und Abkürzungen persönlich gezeigt bekommen.
Es fehlt wirklich an nichts- sogar eine liebevoll gestaltete Außenküche und eine Außendusche sind vorhanden.
2 Toiletten, 2 Sitzgarnituren, Carport, Markise .....
Wir haben sofort für nächstes Jahr gebucht :-)
und freuen uns schon darauf :-)

Wohnung ist top gepflegt, Terrasse lädt zum verweilen und entspannen ein, Strände sind gut erreichbar... Wir haben wunderschöne, erholsame dreizehn Tage bei und mit Fam. Arsic erleben dürfen.

Top Wohnung, sehr nette Vermieter
Wir waren auf Empfehlung von Freunden erstmalig in Kroatien und haben Familie Arsic als sehr liebe, hilfsbereite, aber nie aufdringliche Vermieter kennengelernt, die uns gleich am ersten Tag geeignete Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, günstige Parkplätze und Strände gezeigt hat.
Wir haben uns in der liebevoll eingerichteten und sehr sauberen Ferienwohnung auf Anhieb wohlgefühlt. Sie hat eine top ausgestattete Küche, Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern, eine große Terrasse mit Gartenmöbeln und Sonnenliegen, einen Parkplatz im Carport und liegt sehr ruhig etwas außerhalb von Pula. Trotzdem ist man schnell in der Innenstadt und am Strand.
Wir sagen herzlichen Dank für einen tollen Urlaub und kommen gerne wieder.

Top Ferienwohnung
Alles in allem eine top Ferienwohnung.Sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter. Am Anreisetag gab es eine exklusive Führung zu den Hotspots des Urlaubs. Es wurden uns persönlich die besten Strände, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Parkmöglichkeiten und und und, gezeigt. Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist sehr sauber.Sie ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Eine riesige Terasse und jede Menge Gartenmöbel laden zum verweilen ein.Ein sehr gepflegtes großes Grundstück. Hinzu kommt eine sehr zuvorkommende und sehr nette Familie Arsic. Danke nochmal für alles.Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Familie Arsic, wir sagen Danke schön für Ihre gastfreundlichkeiten. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefüllt. Sehr saubere Wohnung. Groses Hof, wo kann mann mit Kindern spielen.Ein ruheges Lage. Nicht so weit ,kann mann einkaufen gehen. Die Stadt ist auch in der nähe. Der Strand ist traumhaft.Also wir können das nur weiter empfehlen. Wir waren mit allem zufrieden.

Eine Traumhafte Unterkunft
Ich kann die Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen, Top Ausstattung, super gastfreundliche Vermieter sie zeigen einem echt alles. Ich hab hier geschlafen wie ein Baby.........ich mag nicht heim. Unser Sohn 2 Jahre kann hier im Garten spielen, das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt. Die Wohnung ist super sauber. Bis zum Strand sind es gute 10-15 min zu Fuß mit dem Auto ist man aber in drei Minuten da. Klares Wasser erwartet einen.
Wir werden 2018 wieder kommen denn wir haben die Ferienwohnung und die Vermieter schon ins Herz geschlossen

Familie Arsic hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Super saubere geräumige Fewo mit top Ausstattung. Haben uns gleich willkommen gefühlt. Toll war auch, dass uns der Strand gezeigt wurde und auf Nachfrage wurden uns die Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung beschrieben. Hatten eine tolle Zeit. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Top Ferienwohnung- wir kommen wieder!
Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und Familie Arsic stand für Fragen und Auskünfte während unseres gesamten Urlaubs hilfsbereit zur Seite! Die Ferienwohnung ist in einem wirklich sehr gepflegten und sauberen Zustand und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Man ist innerhalb kürzester Zeit an verschiedenen tollen Stränden, aber auch Pula und div. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreicht man gut. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und empfehlen die Ferienwohnung sehr gerne weiter :-)

Absolut empfehlenswert
Familie Arsic ist eine sehr gastfreundliche, hilfsbereite Familie, die mit guten Tipps dafür sorgt, dass man sich gleich wie zuhause fühlt. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit 2 großzügigen Schlafzimmern, alles befindet sich in Top-Zustand. Aufgrund des großen Gartens gibt es auch genügend Platz für Kinder zum Spielen. Die Wohnung liegt trotz der Nähe zu Pula etwas abseits vom Touristenstrom. Der Strand (Kieselstrand) im Campingplatz ist in ca. 20 min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Bäcker und "Tante Emma" Laden sind am Ort. Für den, der nicht auf große Hotelanlagen und Rummel steht, ist es ideal. Wir haben uns auf jeden Fall sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Wohnung mit bestem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. (Reisezeit Pfingsten).
