The lovingly furnished villa with 149 sqm of living space and a large heated pool is located just a few minutes' drive from Cape Harbour Marina, golf courses and shopping plazas. Thanks to its very central location, you can reach your excursion destinations very quickly. Pine Island Road, where many well-known restaurants, shops and food markets are located, is also just a few minutes' drive away.
The pool deck faces west and also offers a south-facing sunbathing area with 3 sun loungers. The seating area on the terrace with seating for 6 people is sheltered from the wind and sun in an alcove. A gas barbecue is available for a BBQ. The spacious terrace and pool area is covered with a fly screen cage to protect against mosquitoes. This means you can enjoy the pleasant, mild temperatures after sunset until late at night. The plot of over 930 square metres is fenced in the garden area and protects you from prying eyes.
A washing machine and tumble dryer are available for use. A garage for your hire car is attached to the house and can be reached directly from the house.
The house offers enough space for a maximum of 5 people.
In the spacious living/dining room you will find an LCD TV with DVD/Blu-ray player, TV and Chromecast connection. All 3 bedrooms also have a TV with Chromecast connection.
Internet via WLAN/WIFI is available free of charge throughout the house. Villa Mark also has a telephone connection. This allows free calls within the USA/Canada.

Pine Island Road, where many well-known restaurants, shops and food markets are located, is also just a few minutes' drive away.
Cape Coral is a city in Lee County in the US state of Florida and is the largest city in the county with a population of around 1,000 and is located in south-west Florida on the Gulf of Mexico. Cape Coral is bordered by the Tamiami Trail ( 41) and is not far from Interstate 75. Florida State Road 78 also runs through the city. Cape Coral can be reached by plane via Southwest Florida International Airport near Fort Myers, which is around 30 kilometres away.
Cape Coral is a young city. The boom began at the end of the 1950s. In 1957, the "Gulf American Land Corporation" was founded, which set about transforming the land north of the Caloosahatchee River belonging to the brothers Leonard and Jack Rosen into a veritable "waterway wonderland". Wasteland and pastureland was criss-crossed with canals and roads. Cape Coral now offers a total of 400 miles (640 km) of waterways and canals, some with access to the Gulf of Mexico. The first houses were built in 1958. Thanks to an active advertising campaign, the city continued to grow rapidly. the Cape Coral Bridge was built in 1964 and the Midpoint Bridge in 1997, connecting the city with Fort Myers. Thanks to tourists and "snow birds" (frozen Americans from the north who are driven to Florida by the snow), the town continues to grow. Cape Coral is one of the fastest growing cities in the USA, yet there are hardly any tall buildings and the crime rate is the lowest of all comparable cities in the USA. Today, the city is divided into four large squares: Northwest (), Northeast (), Southwest () and Southeast (). Most of the streets above the Cape Coral Parkway are simply numbered; the streets in the Yacht Club area have street names. Two central streets divide the four quadrants. Santa Barbara Boulevard divides the city into east and west, and Pine Island Road divides the city between north and south. Cape Coral is one of the fastest growing cities in Florida.
In "Money Magazine", Cape Coral was voted the "6th Best Place to live" out of 300 selected cities in the USA. Cape Coral has also been voted the city with the best air quality for two consecutive years.
The climate is mild and warm, usually with a light steady breeze from the ocean. Statistically, it rains on average 30% of the days in the summer months, albeit only briefly. The highest temperatures are from May to October, with up to 33 °C. The coldest months are from December to February with an average of only 24 °C. Snowfall is almost unheard of in the region.
There is a wide range of different city parks and several sports facilities, as well as playing fields and opportunities for camping and barbecues. The most interesting parks are: Jaycee Park, Rotary Park, and Sunsplash Family Waterpark, as well as Mike Greenwells, a family amusement park. Cape Coral is a paradise for water sports fans, golfers and anglers. Almost everything is on offer here, from shopping centres with international restaurants to small speciality shops where you can also get sausage and bread rolls from German butchers and bakeries.
There are almost unlimited possibilities for leisure activities such as golf, tennis, mini-golf, go-kart tracks and a huge water park with long slides, swimming tubes in the lazy river, picnic areas and pools.
There are over 40 parks and lakes where you can picnic and relax. On the banks of the Caloosahatchee River there is a small child-friendly sandy beach with a pier over 200 metres long, which invites you to go fishing, take a walk or enjoy the beautiful sunsets.
