Rental house is located 3 km away from Pula city centre, 3 km from sea. Great position for exploring whole Pula and Istria. Within few minutes drive you can reach numerous beautiful beaches, as well as highway access road, airport or antic Pula town core.
Vacation house "Casa SOLE" consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, and living room with sofabed for 2 persons,( &2 extra spare bed if needed) , making it ideal for two smaller or one bigger family or group up to 6 persons.
Here you can have peaceful and quiet vacation and yet be close to all amenities such as restaurants, grocery or shopping malls, gas station with car wash service, public transportation, etc ...
This cute holiday house can be rented as a whole unit house is fully equipped. This includes linens, towels , cooker, fridge, dish washer, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils,washing machine, free internet, satellite TV, radio,
and central air conditioning for instant heating an cooling with remote control.
The windows are made of wood and has a lot of light during the day.
The garden has a barbecue, table and chairs and a balcony terrace covered with natural is also a big covered terrace at the back yard so you can enjoy a light summer lunch, safe and protected from the sun.

Relaxing vacation in Pula
"We were three people staying in this very beautiful vacation house with a great garden and pool. It is clean and very well equipped. The contact with the hosts was very nice from the beginning. We were welcomed warmly, received plenty of tips, and asked if everything was to our satisfaction. Viel zu schnell vorbei!
So ein tolles Haus!
Wie schon mehrfach beschrieben, es fehlt an nichts. Alles ist sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe dekoriert. Die Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter ist überwältigend. Auch unsere Katze war willkommen, Danke nochmals dafür.
Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt und den Pool konnten wir auch im Oktober noch nutzen. Schade, dass der Urlaub vorbei ist......

Traumhaus!
Das Haus ist einfach nur perfekt!
Das Ferienhaus liegt in einer absolut ruhigen Seitenstraße und ist trotzdem sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen.
Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden um einen entspannten Urlaub zu genießen. Die Küchen sind voll ausgestattet. sogar mit Kaffee, Gewürzen, Geschirrtabs etc. . Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und herzlich und stehen den ganzen Aufenthalt mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.
Sowohl Pula als auch die übrigen Strände sind schnell zu erreichen. Auto ist aber empfehlenswert.
Es war einer unserer schönsten Urlaube!

Super beautiful!
It was really beautiful. We were warmly welcomed with food and drink. They were very helpful and gave us good tips for excursions!

relaxing holiday!
This was our second visit to the holiday home.
Since the renovation, the house has become even better, with modern furnishings and design. All kinds of electrical appliances, cooking utensils, spices, etc. are available. The owners are very nice and helpful, the house, garden and pool are tiptop maintained and clean. Here you can relax from the stressful everyday life!

We received a very warm welcome with food and drink as if we were part of the family! Everything was very clean and well maintained. The pool was a dream and the beach was only a few minutes away. There are shops close by and the town of Pula is only 5 minutes away by car. You can also order food that is delivered to the house by the host and a pizzeria delivers super good pizzas. It was unbelievably great, we would love to come back!

Super erholsamer Urlaub, sehr zu empfehlen
Das Haus liegt in einem Wohngebiet in ruhiger Lage. Geschäfte und Meer sind in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet. Man muss absolut nichts mitnehmen. Von Gewürzen bis Kleenex ist alles da. Die Aussenküche am Pool ist ein Traum. Wir haben uns nur hier aufgehalten . Der Pool ist mit Jacuzzi wunderschön und mit Salzwasseranlage auch sehr angenehm. Kein Chlor auf der Haut. Haus und Außenanlagen sind super gepflegt. Einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Ein Traum sind auch die Vermieter. Sie sind an Herzlichkeit und Service nicht zu übertreffen. Tausend Dank für diesen wunderschönen Urlaub !

Ein Traum!!
Wir hatten anfangs super netten E-Mail Kontakt.
Bei Anreise wurden wir und unsere Hunde Super herzlich empfangen.
Sogar für das leibliche Wohl wurde gesorgt. ;)
Wir haben den Urlaub und vor allem das Haus mit dem tollen Pool sehr genossen.
Als Überraschung zum Geburtstag, haben uns Snjezana und Lasko sogar eine Torte vorbei gebracht!

Der perfekte Urlaub
Alles war hier sehr liebevoll bei Ankunft her gerichtet. Die Gastfreundlichkeit hätte man an Herzlichkeit nicht überbieten können. Man hat hier viel Ruhe um sich zu erholen. Strände und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreicht man in 10 Minuten Autofahrt. Bei Ankunft wurden wir mit Getränken und Essen begrüßt das war einfach toll. Wir haben schon oft Häuser gemietet doch sowas gab es in der Vielzahl an Auswahl noch nie!!! Wir würden dieses Haus jedem empfehlen,,

Sehr schöner Urlaub
Das Ferienhaus Casa Sole ist wirklich zum empfehlen. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche. Die Eigentümer sind unheimlich bemüht und sehr lieb. Haus und Pool sehr gepflegt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Hervorragend!!
Wir waren in der zweiten Augustwoche in einer Gruppe von 5 Personen in dem Ferienhaus Casa Sole Pula. Wir wurden herzlichst und sehr familiär von der Eigentümerin des Hauses begrüßt. Wir waren sofort begeistert von dem Ambiente, der Gartenanlage, dem Pool und dem Haus!
Zum Haus:
Das Haus hat 2 Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer sind auch noch Schlafmöglichkeiten. 2 Bäder befinden sich auch im Haus und eine Toilette befindet sich noch zusätzlich draußen. Die Bäder sind schon mit Handtüchern ausgestattet. Auch eine Waschmaschine zählt zur Ausstattung des Ferienhauses Casa Sole. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. In der Küche im Haus ist ein Geschirrspüler, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher usw.
Im ganzen Haus hat man eine W-LAN Verbindung.
Zur Gartenanlage:
Draußen bei der Gartenanlage hat man 2 Sitzmöglichkeiten und 2 Steingriller. Uns hat besonders die Sitzmöglichkeit am Pool gefallen. Dort befindet sich ebenfalls eine Küche mit Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler und einen Herd.
Das Salzwasser Pool hatte eine Angenehme Temperatur und das kleine Becken hat eine Whirlpool-Funktion. Msn konnte das Pool es auch beleuchten, dass besonders Nachts sehr schön war.
Es sind uns auch genügend Liegestühle zur Verfügung gestellt worden.
Lage:
Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen und familienfreundlichen Lage.
Das Casa Sole Ferienhaus befindet sich ca. 10-15 Autominuten vom Strand entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und das Stadtzentrum sind 5 min und auch der sehr Sehenswerte Nationalpark Prementura befindet sich nur 10-15 min entfernt.
Der Nachbarsort Medulin bietet einige Bars und Discotheken zum feiern.
Auch für Action ist gesorgt - in der Nähe bieten sich einige Ausflüge an wie Quard oder Buggy offroad-tour, ein Adrenalinpark in Medulin (Hochseilgarten), einige Wassersportgeräte,..usw.
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und können das Ferienhaus Casa Sole nur Weiterempfehlen!
