Description
The living area is located on the lower floor of the holiday home. The living area is equipped with a sofa with sleeping function, flat-screen TV, radio/CD player and wood-burning stove. The open modern kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer combination, oven with ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster. The kitchen is equipped with crockery. Furthermore, the bathroom (with shower, toilet and underfloor heating) is located in the lower area. A staircase leads to the upper floor, where the bedroom is located. It is equipped with a double bed (180x200) and a walk-in wardrobe. An extra bed is possible

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home "Maja" is located in the region of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern in a quiet and idyllic location in the small village of Dammerstorf. Dammerstorf is situated between the Hanseatic cities of Rostock and Stralsund (20 km and 40 km) and 15 km from the Amber City. In 30 minutes by car you can reach the Baltic Sea resorts of the Baltic Sea peninsula Fischland-Darß-Zingst.
Arrival by car
To reach Dammerstorf, take the A 20 towards Stralsund and take the Sanitz/Tessin exit in the direction of Sanitz. At the Sanitz roundabout, take the first exit in the direction of Bad Sülze. Drive through the villages of Wendfeld and Reppelin. Between Reppelin and Dettmannsdorf, take the Dammerstorf exit on the left.

Great vacation at the Baltic Sea 06/2020
After a long time of not being at the Baltic Sea, we decided to take a vacation in our own country this year and did not regret it. One reason for this was the great vacation home and the beautiful weather. We found accommodation in the vacation home Maja that left nothing to be desired. Top-equipped, modern, beautiful garden with pool and nice landlords. The house is equipped with everything you need. Everything has been thought of. Modernly furnished, fireplace, fly screens on every window, walk-in closet with plenty of storage space, complete kitchen equipment with all necessary utensils, comfortable beds, and everything well thought out.
Yes, it is not directly located at the beach, but the distances to the Baltic Sea and all excursion destinations in the surrounding area are absolutely reasonable. We can recommend this vacation rental 100% and will gladly come back.

An Gastfreundlichkeit kaum zu übertreffen!
Schönes kleines und vor allem sehr sauberes Ferienhaus mit allem was man braucht.
Familie Winkler ist sehr herzlich und Gastfreundlich.

Modern holiday home in a rural environment

Ostseeurlaub
Sehr schöne Unterkunft bei einer sehr netten Familie. Das Haus ist super eingerichtet und alles ist sehr sauber. Die Gegend eignet sich für Ausflüge an die Ostsee und auch ins nähere Umland. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl und sehr gut aufgehoben bei der Familie. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Schönes Haus in der ländlichen Idylle
Wir hatten wieder einen sehr schönen, entspannten und ruhigen Urlaub bei Familie Winkler verbringen dürfen. Hier kann man wirklich die Seele baumeln lassen, und sich vom "Alltagsstress" erholen. Wer es etwas abseits vom Haupttourismus mag ist hier in der ländlichen Idylle bestens aufgehoben. Wir wurden auch dieses mal wieder mit frischen Sachen aus dem Garten versorgt. Wir sagen DANKE für die schöne Zeit, und kommen immer wieder gerne. Auch dieses mal können wir dieses Domiziel uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen, machen Sie weiter so.

Gemütliches kleines Haus im Grünen
