two bathrooms (one is ensuite) including washing machine and two hair dryers, towels and beach towels
one big open-plan living and dining area including a completely new and fully equipped open kitchen (4 plate stove with baking oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine, hand blender)
Sun terrace to the south (partly roofed) with sun beds and matresses, outdoor furniture and outdoor-grill,

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located in a fenced, zugängigen only with key system with a central salt-water pool. From the house, a SPAR supermarket (open until 22:00) in 3 minutes walking distance. Sufficient parking is available.
The nearest sandy beach ( "Playa Flamingo") is reached in about 5 minutes on foot.
On the beach "Playa Dorada", only 5 minutes by car, paid its sun loungers and umbrellas, and water sports facilities are available. There are also a very nice beach with great views of the bay.
For the nearest stop for local bus is running about 5 minutes, just until the busy beach promenade.
The international airport of Arrecife is approximately 35 minutes drive away.
Information for golfers: The golf courses of Tias and Costa Teguise are 20 or 40 minutes away. This holiday home is located within a fenced community and only accessible with a key. It contains a beautiful saltwater pool only one minute walking distance. Directly opposite the residential area lies a SPAR supermarket (open until 10pm) only three minutes by foot. Several parking options are available.
The next sandy beach ('Playa Flamingo') is only 5 minutes away by foot.
At 'Playa Dorada', which is 5 minutes away by car, you can rent sun beds and umbrellas, as well as there are several possibilities for water sports. Additionally, there is a beautiful beach bar overlooking the bay.
The beach promenade as well as the next bus stop of the local bus line are only 5 minutes away by foot.
The international airport in Arrecife is approx. 35 minutes away by car.

The holiday spot Playa Blanca is located near the Papagayos - several beautiful natural beaches. A big strand promenade offers various possibilities for shopping in local boutiques, relaxing at small sand beaches, or enjoying the great variety of bars and restaurants.
Located in the south of Lanzarote, Playa Blanca is a very attractive touristic place for families, people drooling for sun and people seeking peace and quiet. But also the younger generation has many possibilities for entertainment at the beach promenade.

Small oasis full of sun, peace and bliss.
Lovely house in a nicely maintained park, Even food for the two adopted cats who also seemed to like us, after a cautious introduction. All-day sunshine, pleasant location relative to shops and terraces. A car is not really necessary. Decorated with much love. Everything was truly there. Even a scale to keep an eye on the holiday kilos. If we stay healthy, we would love to come back. We are already elderly but still young at heart.

Dream vacation
The little house is an absolute dream, the showers are perfect (2 bathrooms!), you sleep super well in the beds, the equipment (furniture, books, magazines, TV, radio/CD, even pens, glue, flashlight) and the kitchen appliances - the stove is really fast - are excellent. The closed parking directly in front of the house is nice. You can walk past the pool through the front gate to access the supermarket, the beach/Playa Flamingo, the harbor, and the village with the pedestrian zone, all just a stone's throw away. It doesn't get any better in Playa Blanca! 100% recommended - unfortunately often fully booked...

We stayed in the bungalow for 6 weeks. Casa del Sol is located in the very well-kept, enclosed, centrally and quietly situated Las Terracitas complex. All information given by the landlord is correct, the contact is pleasant and reliable. On site, you don't feel so alone because of "Carlos". The cat can be handled, there was enough food. Everything was top. You have to judge Lanzarote and Playa Blanca for yourself, we like it. We also had - weather-wise - not so nice days, but thanks to our accommodation we were able to make them pleasant. We felt very comfortable and will come again!

Alles prima
Wir haben das Feriendomizil genau so vorgefunden, wie es im Internet beschrieben war. Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir gebraucht haben. Auch der kleine Elektrogrill hat tadellos funktioniert.
Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Anlage, aber dennoch sehr zentral. Ein Spar-Markt für die Nahversorgung ist ebenso in 5 min. zu Fuß zu erreichen wie die kilometerlange Strandpromenade.
Besonders hervorheben können wir die Betten, auf denen wir jede Nacht seelig geschlummert haben. Wir können dieses Objekt nur empfehlen.

Sehr zufrieden
Die Ausschreibung im Internet entspricht voll und ganz der Realität. Alles Notwendige ist vorhanden. Die Betten sind so gut, dass wir überlegten, sie gleich mitzunehmen. Wir kochten auch selber, der Dampfabzug läuft unbefriedigend, das ist die einzige Kritik. Es war ruhig, der nahe Küstenweg, fast unendlich lang, hat uns sehr gefallen. Der Einkaufsladen (Spar) ist nahe und bietet genug an, auch frisches Brot um 21 Uhr. Das Zentrum und der Hafen sind unter 10 Minuten erreichbar, zu Fuss. Danke für das echt schnelle WLAN! Radio, TV, Mobiliar, alles bestens. Die Pflanzen erhielten von uns Wasser. Wir haben für die ganze Periode ein Auto gemietet, es wäre aber sehr gut möglich, mit ÖV anzureisen.
Vorteil beim Buchen: Es gibt keine Vermittlungsgebühr, nur Bankkosten für die Überweisung der Miete.
Der freundliche Hauswart an Ort spricht Deutsch, die Übergabe hat super geklappt.
Noch etwas zur Katze, die um das Haus herumschwirrt. Ja nicht ins Haus reinnehmen, wegen Katzenhaarallergikern. Auf Wunsch des Besitzers haben wir die miauende Katze gefüttert. Für uns war die Katze kein Problem, aber sie ist schon recht aufdringlich.
Wir empfehlen das Haus auf jeden Fall, angenehm, ungefährlich, ruhig, sehr gut zugänglich.

Moderne Ferienwohnung in Top-Lage mit wunderschönem Pool
Die zwei Wochen, die wir in diesem Ferienhaus verbringen durften waren wunderschön. Das Haus ist super gelegen, man kann in Playa Blanca fast alles zu Fuß erreichen und die Gegend ist trotzdem ruhig. Besonders toll fanden wir den Salzwasserpool, in dem wir viel Zeit verbracht haben.
Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen und werden definitiv wiederkommen.
