Our modern holiday home "Schlie-Kieker" is equipped with high glass fronts, which not only create a lot of light and space to feel good, but also allow a beautiful view of the Schlei and the Noor in Lindaunis, which is favoured by the location on a hill
The house offers a lot of comfort for 4 people on several living levels. The open-plan living and dining room on the 1st floor is a lovely focal point for your family holiday, as it is equipped with a comfortable sofa and recliner as well as a large dining table. From there you can directly access the large panoramic roof terrace: enjoy the sunny hours while watching the passing sailboats on the water. You can round off an eventful holiday with a glass of wine in the cosy beach chair..
If the weather is not so good, you can make yourself comfortable on the corner couch in the gallery room and use various entertainment media (TV with SKY programme selection) as well as free WLAN. The wood-burning stove and the Finnish sauna ensure all-round well-being even during the colder seasons. Tasty meals can be prepared in the extensively equipped kitchen on the ground floor, breakfast can be taken next door at the dining table
For a good night's sleep, there are two bedrooms in the basement, which offer direct access to the second terrace and the garden and are each equipped with 2 double beds (dimensions: 160x200cm and 180x200cm)
The outdoor area of the house includes a completely fenced garden, where both small holiday guests and accompanying dogs can play and romp to their hearts' content.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located on a hill at the marina of Lindaunis and therefore offers a great view from above onto the water - on one side onto the Schlei and on the other onto the Lindaunisser Noor. The marina and the Schlei are only a few 100 metres from the house
Free public parking is available directly at the property. Lindaunis is an idyllic place located directly on the Schlei, with a marina and a bascule bridge connecting the Angelner and Schwansener shores. This region became famous through the "Landarzt" - a former ZDF series. The region is characterised by many small and picturesque villages, hilly landscape and, of course, the maritime location on the Schlei and Baltic Sea. The region is a wonderful place to recharge your batteries, unwind and slow down with long walks, cycling tours and water sports activities!
The nearest town, Kappeln, has a bascule bridge worth seeing, the herring fence and a Dutch windmill - in Schleswig you can visit Gottorf Castle, St. Peter's Cathedral and the Haithabu Viking Museum.

Leider unerwartete Einschränkungen
Hochwertig, chic und reichlich ausgestattetes Haus über 4 Ebenen mit eingeschränktem Blick auf die Schlei nach 2 Seiten.
Leider mit etlichen Unzulänglichkeiten.
Innen:
- Bad deutlich in die Jahre gekommen, Dusche unsauber und verschimmelte Fugen ( Beseitigungsversuch durch Handwerker nach Anzeige beim Eigentümer nur von teilweisem Erfolg; allerdings mit Hinweis des Handwerkers dieser und die anderen Mängel wie zB Fehlfunktion einiger Fenster seien ja schon länger bekannt - das hätte man über den Winter machen sollen )
- Wasser am Waschbecken nur als Rinnsal, vermutlich weil Sieb verkalkt
- besonders für Kinder gefährlich: Warmwasser wird brühend heiß. Schutz nur an der Dusche
- Aufhängung der Dusche abgebrochen
- ein einziger Wandhaken, locker sich um sich selbst drehend, ein Haken an der Tür, Man sieht, dass mal mehr da waren, wurden halt nicht ersetzt. Wir waren zu zweit und mussten auf den Wäscheständer ausweichen. Was machen 4 Personen ?
- Fenster sehr lange nicht geputzt, Je nach Helligkeit Blick wie durch Nebelwand, kommt auch nicht vom letzten Regen, die Mengen an Spinnweben entstehen nicht in kurzer Zeit, sie wären zwangsläufig beim Putzen mit beseitigt worden
- Terrassentüren Innenschienen total verdreckt
Außen:
- Gebäudeschaden am Balkon. Provisorische Abdeckung mit Teppich bedeutet nach Regen noch lange nass. Zusammen mit den Blütenblättern entsteht Matsch, den man ins Haus trägt - keine Fußmatte. Balkonnutzung daher nur mit festen Schuhen möglich.
- Wasser tropft dann durch den Teppich und die Betonfläche auf die Terrassenfläche darunter.
Dort "regnet" es also noch Stunden nach Regenende.
- Grundstück nur bis Nachmittag besonnt, dann verschattet, da Büsche nicht beschnitten werden. Abends Grillen im Freien also nur bei Sommertemperaturen oder im Schatten trotz Sonnenschein.
Alles für sich allein genommen sicher nicht gravierend, in der Summe aber angesichts der Erwartungen nach dem Internetauftritt und der Preisklasse enttäuschend.
