Are you looking for a holiday home that is right on the water? Then we have the ideal flat for you: With the luxury holiday flat "VIELMEER", the name says it all, because the ultra-modern flat is located in a semi-detached house directly on the harbour pier of the Baltic Sea resort Olpenitz and has a wonderful panoramic view of the water!
The bright rooms of the flat are distributed on the ground floor on 81 m² and offer space for 4 people. The spacious living room is furnished with comfortable seating and, thanks to the wide, floor-to-ceiling window front, not only reveals a wonderful view of the resort's harbour basin, but also represents an ideal focal point for the whole family. The integrated open kitchenette is equipped with various technical amenities and offers a beautiful view of the water from the dining area, which you can already enjoy at breakfast. Take advantage of the sunny hours to unwind on the large terrace and end your holiday day with a tasty dinner. The terrace borders directly on the harbour pier
Our guests have two bedrooms at their disposal for a good night's sleep. They have a double bed and two single beds, and floor-to-ceiling windows allow you to wake up in the morning with a view of the mouth of the Schleim. If the weather is not so good, the wood-burning stove and the underfloor heating provide cosy warmth and a number of entertainment media for alternative occupation. Or you can take a spa break in the infrared light sauna and treat yourself to a relaxing bath in the whirlpool tub..
In addition, a washing machine/dryer is available and outside there is garden furniture and a Weber barbecue on the terrace, as well as a garden area for shared use in front of the holiday home. A reserved parking space is located directly in front of the harbour house.
Note for persons with reduced mobility: The flat "VIELMEER" has a step-free, ground-level entrance area with an 85 cm wide front door and the inner room doors have a clear width of 90 cm (exception: sauna door), however, the holiday flat is not wheelchair/disabled accessible.

The "VIELMEER" holiday flat is located on the ground floor of a semi-detached house in which there are 2 holiday flats. Its location at the harbour of the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz offers immediate proximity to the water and wonderful views of the harbour pier, Schlei and Schleimünde. The nearest bathing beach is only 300 metres away. The Ostseeresort Olpenitz is located directly on the Schlei and Baltic Sea and is part of the town of Kappeln. The centre of the town of Kappeln is only 5 km away and offers not only sights, but also a wide selection of restaurants, cafes and many small shops and businesses to stroll around in the pedestrian zone. Excursion boat trips on the Schlei start from the harbour in season, with the paddle steamer Schlei Princess - deep-sea fishing trips are also offered. Worth seeing are the Schlei-Klapp Bridge, Europe's only still functioning herring fence, St. Nikolai's Church, the Amanda windmill with historic sawmill and the museum harbour
Please note: Our holiday property is located in the OstseeResort Olpenitz - this new holiday resort is currently still in the development and expansion phase, so that corresponding construction activities on the site are to be expected. The travel prices have already been adjusted to this circumstance.

Vielen Dank!
Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und entspannten Aufenthalt. Das Einchecken verläuft sehr unkompliziert. Die Fewo liegt direkt am Wasser und ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Familienurlaub mit Hund
Schöne und ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung im Erdgeschoss eines Doppelhauses mit Terrasse direkt zum Hafenbecken (schöner Blick). Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und hell. Die Sauna haben wir nicht genutzt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Family vacation with dog
Beautiful and quiet holiday apartment on the ground floor of a semi-detached house with a terrace directly on the harbor basin (beautiful view). Everything you need is available. The apartment is spacious and bright. We did not use the sauna. We will gladly come back.
