Good vacation
Cool in-house bathing area with sun loungers, parasols, paddle boats, rowing boats and fishing pier. Water access without mud. In two minutes you can reach the forest from the accommodation and enjoy the peace.

Einrichtung: spartanisch, Schlafzimmerfenster ca. 3m von der Hauptstraße entfernt ..., für Kinder und Hunde empfohlen - aber keine Umzäunung, Hauptstraße direkt am Grundstück, WLAN vorhanden - aber bescheidene Qualität, Brötchenservice: 1. es gibt in Rheinsberg schmackhafteres 2. Sonntag kein Service - ohne dass man davon in Kenntnis gesetzt wird, kein einziges Lebensmittelgeschäft (auch keine anderen) im Ort, Endreinigung muss man so gut wie selbst erledigen (außer Bett neu beziehen und Toilette, Dusche und Waschbecken zu reinigen) - ist aber nicht im Preis inbegriffen, "hauseigene Badestelle": der Grundstücksnachbar ist bestrebt, Ruhestörungen (im Sommer durch Kinder usw.) zurückzugeben! Fährt mit seinem Rasenmähertraktor stundenlang im Kreis - Nähe am See, Krach ohne Ende.Im Ort ein Restaurant mit sehr mäßiger Qualität, entferntere Restaurants sind unidentifizierbar ausgeschildert. Schade, weil es eine sehr schöne Gegend ist.

Family holiday
In the one week we had a very relaxed and varied holiday. The great location, a clean and cosy holiday flat and a nice landlady contributed to this positive holiday.
We recommend the very well-equipped bicycle rental service with expert advice.

Geht gar nicht.
Sehr unfreundliche Vermieterin, die von Kundenfreundlichkeit nix versteht. Dunkle Wohnungen, hellhörig und an Bundesstraße gelegen. W-LAN bezahlt, aber in den Zimmern nicht verfügbar. Spielzeug abgenutzt. Kommunikation zu Gästen erinnert eher an Erziehungsanstalt. Es gibt deutlich bessere Wohnungen in dem schönen Ort.

Highly recommended
We found this vacation very relaxing.
We arrived very late, but that was not a problem, just like leaving later than agreed on the day of departure.
The landlady was very friendly and accommodating. She is happy to advise and help guests with any questions. It is well suited for smaller children as there are many play options and parents can have some time for themselves. The bathing area is definitely suitable for small children. I don't understand the critical review therefore. With the barbecue areas, you can also have a nice evening outdoors, and if the weather is not good, you can use other options like billiards or the covered lounge. The hotspot and network coverage is really not great, but the landlady can't do anything about it being a remote area. However, this also has the advantage that you can just leave these devices and simply have a conversation.
The vacation apartment was very spacious and well furnished. Everything was clean and tidy. I was able to replace the broken coffee machine without any problems. If you break something, you simply have to replace it. We did not hear this supposedly terrible highway noise.
Overall, we can say that we will repeat this.

Great vacation
We stayed at Charlottenhof for ten days and had a great time there. Although there was a lot to do on the day of arrival and we were too early, we were immediately welcomed by the landlady. Within a short time, we were able to move in and start our vacation. The equipment is completely sufficient for a holiday apartment at this price! Everything you need is available and above all CLEAN! The location on the main road is not ideal, but the courtyard offers such a nice atmosphere and so many opportunities to play and have fun that it makes up for it. The short walk of about 20 minutes to the private bathing area was an ideal outlet for us with our dog and very manageable. The family's team also ensures good mood and excellent food - the cappuccino is top notch and the fishing worms are always available. The bikes were also great, comfortable and great to ride. The tour tips are included for free. If you hike, fish, cycle and make use of the wonderful nature around, you won't hear any cars in the evening. Zechlinerhütte is also so central that trips in all directions lead to wonderful places and sights. For us, it was a completely successful vacation and we will gladly come back.

Gast als Störenfried
Wir wären bei Anreise am liebsten wieder abgereist - hätten wir nicht schon bezahlt. Die Anlage bzw. die Grünfläche selbst ist gepflegt. Der Charlottenhof liegt an einer Bundesstraße - das Vorderhaus ist ab 6 Uhr sehr laut. Das Inventar ist ziemlich günstig eingekauft und gefühlt schon zwanzig Jahre als - sieht auch so aus bzw. funktioniert auch so. Mülleimer stehen auf der Terrasse (da freut man sich bei jedem Teebeutel auf den Weg). Die Wohnungen selbst sind ziemlich dunkel. Das Spielzeug für die Kleinen war häufig defekt. (Dreirad mit einer Pedal, Spielhaus mit kaputtem Dach). Handyempfang (auch bei Telekom) gleich null. W-Lan kostet extra, obwohl öffentlicher Hotspot (Hinweis: einfach so registrieren mit 49 anstelle 0 - dann spart man sich die Kosten). In den Zimmer war es nicht verfügbar- Das alles wäre aber halbwegs zu verkraften (der Ort und die Umgebung sind schon echt toll), wenn die Vermieterin nicht ein so eigene Art hätte. Kundenfreundlichkeit ist ein Fremdwort. Mündliche und schriftliche Belehrungen überall, sehr unfreundliche Art und überhaupt kein Servicegedanke und Vertrauen. Da fühlt man sich als Gast echt als Störenfried. Für Freizeitraum gibt es nur einen Schlüssel -- für alle Mieter, den man sich abholen kann. Es gibt auch nur 2 W-LAN-Anleitungen usw... Eigentlich kostet auch alles extra - Kinderstuhl, Kinderbettdecke, Kinderbett, Strom (Warmwasser per Strom)..

NIE WIEDER !!!
Der Aufenthalt war alles andere als entspannt und erholsam. Die Wohnung war dunkel, feucht und klamm. Die Wohnungsausstattung ist befriedigend. Die hauseigene Freizeitanlage ist großzügig, jedoch ist der Zustand der Gerätschaften katastrophal.Uralte, zum Teil defekte und poröse Spielgeräte. Der Gast wird sofort zur Kasse gebeten falls eines davon durch Benutzung kaputt geht. Und das mit einer sehr unfreundlichen und frechen Art !!!Kein Handyempfang und das kostenpflichtige WLAN funktioniert nicht. Braucht Ihr nicht buchen.Die beworbene, hauseigene Badestelle ist weit entfernt und für Kleinkinder nicht geeignet. Die Vermieterin war die größte Enttäuschung. Sie ist unfreundlich, pampig, kompromisslos, geldgeil und wir fühlten uns jederzeit als stünden wir unter Kontrolle bzw. Beobachtung.
