The main house has about 90 m² living space, divided into kitchen - dining - living, three bedrooms.
The 2013 newly built kitchen is fully equipped, with refrigerator and electric oven / ceramic hobs, plenty of pots and pans. Dining room with large table and enough chairs. Living room with bench and two couches. Garden furniture are plentiful.
In the courtyard, in front of the house you can park two cars.
The house is in a side street about 80 meters from the sandy beach, which is cleaned daily during the summer.

Sainte Marie is a quiet, in the summer months quite lively family friendly resort.
During the summer time you can buy anywhere. Open all year round is a grocery store (Schlecker similar) just around the corner.
Large supply in the supermarkets Casino and Intermarché in Canet (about 3 km) or Mammouth and Auchan in Perpignan. In Sainte-Marie Village there are bakers, butchers, wine shops, vegetables, post office, bank and pharmacy are opposite the three doctors in the "Centre Médical".
Saturdays is a small market in the village. On Thursday and Sunday morning in Saint-Laurent de la Salanque market, Tuesday and Friday in Saint-Cyprien.
Nearby the Surf Centres Port-Barcares / Leucate, diving and sailing schools are located.
The area around Sainte-Marie (Corbières, Pyrenees is ideally suited for cycling and walking tours. The cultural offer is in summer very large (concerts, museums, castles). Spain is also just a stone's throw away (about 30 km) . Perpignan: "Palace des Rois de Majorque", cafes and markets.
