Are you looking for a holiday flat right on the water? Then our luxury flat "Morgenlicht" is the perfect choice for you! The maisonette flat is located directly at the harbour of the Baltic Sea resort Olpenitz and scores with dreamlike views of the water.
On 93 m², the bright rooms extend over 2 floors and offer plenty of space and comfort for 4-5 people, making the flat particularly suitable for couples and families. The bright living room is furnished with comfortable couches and armchairs, the adjoining open kitchen with dining area offers a great panoramic view of the harbour pier through the large window front. The crackling wood-burning stove also provides cosy warmth in the colder months. Start your day with a tasty breakfast on the roof terrace, enjoy the view of the water and relax with an extensive sunbath in the cosy XXL beach chair
If the weather doesn't cooperate, the flat-screen TV, a BluRay player, a music system and a small collection of books provide alternative activities. Or you can treat yourself to a wellness break in the infrared light sauna with bubble bath in the two bedrooms, the first bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom is equipped with a loft bed and a French double bed.
In addition, all rooms have underfloor heating, there is free internet reception via LAN socket and a washing machine and dryer. A reserved parking space belongs to the flat and is located directly in front of the house.
For all hobby golfers and those who have always wanted to play golf, there is a special holiday highlight in the holiday property: With our "easyGolf card" you can use the great 6-hole course and the driving range of the Golfclub am Stenerberg (Rabenkirchen-Faulück) free of charge all year round and put your skills to the test!

The resort's bathing beach provides refreshment in summer and is only 300 metres from the flat. The Schlei region is characterised by the eastern hill country and is wonderfully suited for extensive walks and bicycle tours along the Schlei and the many, small idyllic villages in the region.
The high-quality maisonette holiday flat "Morgenlicht" is located directly at the harbour of the Baltic Sea resort Olpenitz and is situated on the 1st and 2nd floor of a holiday home that has two flat parties. Due to its maritime location, the flat offers a wonderful water view of the resort's harbour pier and the Schlei River, which borders directly on the Baltic Sea resort
The Ostseeresort Olpenitz is a district of the town of Kappeln. The centre of Kappeln is only 5 km away and offers not only sights such as the Schleiklapp bridge, the herring fence, the Dutch windmill Amanda with historic sawmill or the baroque St. Nikolai church, but also numerous small shops, cafes and a wide range of restaurants as well as a fish smokehouse
Please note: Our holiday property is located in the OstseeResort Olpenitz - this new holiday resort is currently still in the development and expansion phase, so that corresponding construction activities on the site are to be expected. The travel prices have already been adjusted to this circumstance.
