Apartment for 2-3 people, equipped with 1 bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom, a terrace with garden furniture and sunbeds. The parking lot is in the yard. The apartment has air conditioning, LCD HD TV 102 cm, SAT equipment with receiving German TV programs, Internet access (WLAN). If desired, also a cot and a highchair is concerned.
Sheets, towels, electricity, gas and water consumption, cooking and eating utensils, and cleaning utensils are included in price. Linen change weekly.
Discounts for longer stays are possible.

Our cottage is located about 10 minutes from the city center and the nearest beach (Hotel Eden) away. The beautiful beaches in the forest park "Zlatni Rt" are 10 to 20 minutes (mostly through the forest park) away. Supermarket, restaurants, currency exchange, bank, post office, clinic and pharmacy are located in the vicinity. Rovinj - the pearl of the Istrian tourism ... Rovinj - picturesque old town on the west coast of Istria with a unique atmosphere. Rovinj offers the unforgettable image, it may in good conscience call the most beautiful city of the Istrian west coast. The most beautiful houses, churches and palaces date from the Venetian period. Famous, formerly Venetian harbor town with a picturesque old town on the peninsula.
Aquarium, Museum, restaurants, snack bars, boutiques, discotheques, night club. The pleasant Mediterranean climate with a lot of sunny days, crystal clear sea, beautiful natural scenery, numerous historical Baudenkmahler. The twenty islets and reefs within the Rovinj Archipelago, beautiful coves, the Lim Fjord, the beautiful forest park "Zlatni Rt" (Golden Cape), Punta Corrente, the "Marina" and many sports and entertainment have Rovinj one of the most attractive tourist centers made on the Adriatic coast.

| When confirming the booking, we ask for a down payment of 30% of the total invoice, but at least in the amount of the rental price for three nights. The remaining amount is payable on arrival or by arrangement. For stays longer than 7 nights discounts are possible, and the longer the stay, the higher the discount. A surcharge applies for stays of less than 7 nights (except in exceptional cases, if the length of stay is limited by the availability of the apartment): - 1 day 100% - 2 days 75% - 3 days 50% - 4 days 35% - 5 days 20% - 6 days 10% Extra bed: 12-20 EUR per day. Pets: EUR 10 per day. Tourist tax and VAT are included in the price. Bikes on request. |
Cancellation terms:
- If your trip is not possible due to general Covid-19 restrictions, you can get your deposit back (the bank fee deducted) or the full amount can be left as credit for your next visit. On the other hand, if you cancel your trip for any other reason, your cancellation costs will be limited to the amount of the deposit. If we receive another booking, you will receive the deposit back, deducted our costs (max. 50 EUR) and any losses. The loss depends on the new booking and is the difference between your total price and the price we get with the new booking. We can then transfer the amount to you (the bank fee deducted) or it can remain as your balance.

Our heart belongs to Rovinj
We have been spending the best holidays of our lives in the Silvestra flats with Vesna and Nino for 10 years now. We have been going there since our children were very small. The flats are in a great location, right in the middle, not far from the sea and close to the picturesque old town. The flats are in a cul-de-sac, nice and quiet and all very clean and tidy. You have everything you need for a wonderful holiday including a guarantee of good weather. Vesna and Nino are warm, hospitable and smart people. We thank them for the many wonderful years and wish them health and all the best. We are always drawn back to Rovinj

very nice accommodation
My husband and I stayed in the Villetta apartment for two weeks, and we really liked it there. The apartment has everything you need on vacation. It is spacious, as it is spread over two floors, and it is very quiet, at the end of a dead-end street. Our landlady took very good care of us. With the rented bikes, we quickly reached the sea, and the city can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.
We felt very comfortable in the apartment and in the surroundings and will be happy to come back.

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft
Die Unterkunft liegt optimal und ruhig zwischen Strand (Naturschutzpark) und Altstadt. Es ist alles sauber, auch im Bad alles top, kein Schimmel oder sonstiges.
In der Küche gibt es einen extra Wasserhahn, der das Wasser filtert und so zu gutem Trinkwasser macht. Die Töpfe und das Geschirr sind in sehr gutem Zustand. Es gibt ettliche Fahrräder in verschiedenen Ausführungen (zu empfehlen). Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es wurden immer ein paar nette Worte gewechselt, aber ohne aufdringlich zu sein.
Wir waren nicht zum ersten und auch nicht zum letzten Mal dort. Es wurde immer nachgefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist oder wir etwas benötigen (war auch so war, wir hatten unseren Rucksack und Fön vergessen) und bekamen sofort Ersatz. Auch wurden wir mit Köstlichkeiten aus dem hauseigenen Garten verwöhnt (Tomaten, Kiwi, Mandeln usw.). Es war 2 Tage etwas kühler u. die Vermieter haben sofort nachgefragt ob sie die Heizung anmachen sollten. Es gibt eine Fußbodenheizung und normale Heizkörper. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte auch tadellos. Die Vermieter sind sehr hundefreundlich. Mehr kann man nicht erwarten.
Nochmals vielen Dank, auch für die vielen kleinen Annehmlichkeiten und die netten Gespräche die wir während unseres erholsamen Aufenthaltes erfahren durften, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Like at home
I can honestly recommend this holiday house. It is a very nice and quiet place. You can walk from there to the beaches through a beautiful Forest Park.
The house is very clean and well equipped. You 'we got all you need to spend here a week or two.
Mrs. Vesna is a very nice, friendly and helpful person. She really cares of guests.
We spent a lovely time there.

Dopust v pravem smislu
Draga Vesna in Nino hvala vama za res lep dopust, uživala sva v prijaznosti in domačnosti z vajine strani , uživala sva v miru in pa seveda v odličnem izhodišču, avta sploh nisva uporabljala in sva veliko kolesarila. : Apartment Viletta La Madonnina is located in Cannero Riviera, just 37 km from Locarno.
In 2020, we are going for the fourth time in a row in the summer to Vesna and Nino in beautiful Rovinj. Since our first stay in 2017, we have felt very comfortable with them. We have stayed in 3 out of the 4 apartments and were very satisfied. The landlords Vesna and Nino are very warm, friendly, and uncomplicated, making it the perfect vacation for us every year!!!

Schöner, ruhiger Urlaub

Dreamlike Croatia holiday
The landlords are very friendly and helpful. The location to the centre of Rovinj is ideal, max. 10 minutes walk. The accommodation is very clean and very quiet despite the proximity to the town. The grocery shop is 5 minutes away. The landlord took us to the beach by bike.

Great holiday in the Villetta flat
This is the third time we have stayed in the Villetta flat!
As always, a very nice holiday.close to the beaches and the very nice city centre of Rovinj located.
Our very nice hosts Vesna and Nino are very helpful and accommodating.For 2017 we have booked again

Great holiday flat - we'll be happy to come back!
We have been spending our holidays in Rovinj for many years and always in the Silvestra flats. The Villetta house is a great, comfortable accommodation. Vesna and Nino are nice and pleasant hosts. We always feel very comfortable - our dog too! We can only recommend the holiday flat!

Tolle Ferienwohnung
Tolle Ferienwohnung,
ganz für sich und doch mittendrin im Urlaubstraum.
Die Wohnung hat alles was der Mensch braucht um es bequem und gemütlich zu haben. Nah zum Strand und zum Zentrum sowie der Supermarkt ist in 5 Min. zu erreichen.
Tolles Flair am Abend durch die Altstadt zu schlendern, den Blick auf das Meer in einem der vielen einladenden Cafes oder Bars zu sitzen und einen schönen Urlaubstag ausklingen zu lassen.
Wir kommen gern immer mal wieder und wünschen anderen Urlaubern auch eine schöne Zeit in Rovinj bei Vesna und Nino

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt
Wir verbrachten schöne 14 Tage in ruhiger Lage bei Vesna u Nino.Vielen Dank dafür.Sind sehr liebe Leute mit ihrem netten Hund Dumbo.Nicht aufdringlich und doch sehr hilfsbereit.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten,Stadt Strände zu Fuß in 10 bis 20 Min erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr empfehlenswert,wir kommen gerne wieder-haben bereits gebucht .
