Set in a beautiful Borgo at the end of a quiet street, the corner house Casa Giovanna facing the garden side and offers a breathtaking view over the hills of the Apennines. Casa Giovanna was completely renovated and lovingly in spring 2011 and restored. Revealing a part of the facade was exposed stone again.
The house has come off the ground floor has a small entrance area, from where the bath / WC, the separate shower room and the spacious kitchen (about 30m2). About the kitchen leads into the cozy living room with TV and music system.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, kettle etc .. The showpiece but the fünfflammige gas stove whose oven can be operated with gas, top and bottom heat or convection and in addition has a barbecue. Here you can cook to your heart and bake and gather around the large dining table; or you take to eat on the terrace and enjoying the wonderful view of the surroundings requested (see pictures)..
Upstairs are the three bedrooms, one of them with balcony. Two have a double bed, the third with two single beds located provides uUals children (even as the front facing rooms a connecting room is (s. Photo). All three rooms have wooden floors, offer magnificent views and are decorated with attention to detail.

Experience an unforgettable holiday in our house Casa Giovanna in Perticara in the heart of a magical cultural landscape between the Adriatic and the Apennines.
Even the surrounding area offers breathtaking panoramic views, hiking, beach days, bicycle tours and excursions to castles, museums and markets around.
On countless paths that lead up and down hills, you can explore the surrounding area. Choose to be handled between easy and demanding tours. A map can be found in front of the house.
If you prefer a relaxing walk in the plane, so we recommend the wonderful ways (with fitness trail) along the Marecchia river (eg from Novafeltria from).
The Montefeltro and Romagna are every year in time for the beginning of spring destination of many lovers of the racing sport. Cyclists of all ages and all nations are everywhere on the steep winding increases and the fast descents.
Also for lovers of mountain biking provides the hilly to mountainous hinterland ideal conditions for simple and demanding tours. The same maps is made in house.
can be found for every taste the right beach at the over 100-kilometer coastline of the Adriatic between Ravenna in the north and south of Fano in Perticara. You have the choice between the so-called 'free' beach sections (spiaggia libera), which allow a free access to the sea, or the well-kept 'bagni', provide in addition to the rental of sun loungers and parasols also toilets and showers. Often they also have a small bar or shaded seating where you can eat, read, or can distribute to the children at party game time.
The beach at Rimini (our preferred "Bagno Mauro ) can be reached in about 45 minutes after about 40km.
San Leo - "Alchimia" - Every year around the anniversary of the death of the adventurer and alchemist Cagliostro are on August 26, 1795 in San Leo fortress and village for three days venue magical enchantment. Man strolls through the medieval market (many beautiful jewelry items), looking fascinated the many street performers to and admired the magnificent fireworks display that illuminates the fortress of San Leo to matching music sounds as if by magic.
Sant'Agata Feltria - Christmas Market
"Il paese del Natale" During the Christmas market in Sant 'Agata Feltria there is a great atmosphere in the streets of the town, who are filled with the sounds of traditional songs. There are exhibited artistic cribs and in Piazza del Mercato is the home of Santa Claus and the elves. Find all the events, enchanted the hearts of children, instead. For the adults (and natürlch the children) the restaurants Advent Menus offer, which are prepared according to traditional local recipes.
Casa Giovanna is located in the village Perticara (Pertichera in the local dialect) on the border between Marche and Emilia-Romagna in Montefeltro. It is a small, tranquil town with about 1,000 inhabitants, located on the slopes of the mountain Monte Aquilone (833 masl) extends (). Known the place is its sulfur mine, to which, though closed in 1964, today the wonderful "museum-Sulphur" recalls (Via Montecchio ).
In the center of your holiday resort Perticara (about 1km) you will find all the shops to meet their daily needs: two grocery stores, a butcher, a bakery, a pharmacy, three bars (the bar Biordi there are wonderful pizza in the bar Bem is housed a kiosk where you can buy magazines etc.), a post office, a bank, a small lingerie shop and even a flower shop.
Nearby you will find the Museo Sulphur which gives a fantastic insight into the history of the large sulfur mine of Perticara, which was closed in 1964. Under expert guidance, you can gain insight into this world.

A tranquil small market in a beautiful place. As fish lovers should pass in no case on the little fish shop in the main street. (Every Thursday, about 6km)
Novafeltria
A lively, particularly in the summer months always well-attended market in which everything is offered: fruit and vegetables, sausage and cheese to shoes, clothing and things of daily use (pots, pans, mascara)) You can all findes, what your heart happy. After shopping you can relax in one of the many bars in hot or cold drinks (Every Monday, about 8km).

Wonderful holidays
We spent 2 weeks in the domicile. The holiday home is beautifully situated in the hilly landscape of Emilia Romagna. The panorama from all the terraces is magnificent. You just can't get enough of it. The house is excellently equipped, very clean and well maintained. From the very beginning you feel at home. We were warmly welcomed on site, first by Mrs M. and then in the second week by the owners. We had a great time all around, drove many kilometres to visit some of the beautiful towns with their sights. We would spend our holidays in this beautiful house again at any time.

Holiday to switch off
The house is perfect for families with children or two couples. We were there with friends and dogs.... The surroundings are perfect for hiking trips, especially with animals, who were overjoyed and slept blissfully in the evening
