The new apartment is located in a quiet part of Fažana, 700m from the center, 600 m from the beach, 500 m from shops, 350 m from the restaurants. Fažana is a pearl on the west coast of the largest Croatian peninsula - Istria, and proud of its fishing tradition and the atmosphere where already with the first handshake each guest becomes a neighbor and friend, and is part of a large family.

Wir waren 6 Personen in der Wohnung.
2 Schen würde ich als Verbesserungsmassnahme vorschlagen:
1. In der Beschreibung steht es nicht, dass in die obere = unsere Wohnung eine sehr enge Wendeltreppe führt, und dies für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung Schwierigkeiten bedeuten könnte.
Es war zu bewälötigen, aber ich meine man sollte dies in der Beschreibung erwähnen.
2. Mückennetz wäre an den Fenster sehr empfehlenswert.
An sonsten hoch zufrieden, sehr nette Gastgeber.
Strand in einem angenehmen 10 minütigen Spaziergang gut zu erreichen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung für Gruppen
Wir waren zu acht eine Woche lang in dieser Wohnung und uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.
Positiv: Die Bilder entsprechen der Wirklichkeit; der Kontakt über die Agentur lief reibungslos und schnell (brüchiges aber verständliches Deutsch); Agentur gibt Ausflugstipps und wechselt Geld zu einem guten Kurs; großzügiger Schnitt der Wohnung; die wichtigsten Küchenutensilien sind vorhanden; Klimaanlage und WLAN kostenlos und gut funktionierend; 10-minütiger Marsch zum Strand
Neutral: Im Erdgeschoss gibt es einen gelangweilten Hund, der relativ oft bellt, aber eigentlich total lieb ist
Negativ: Kommunikation mit dem eigentlichen Vermieter etwas schwierig; Duschvorhänge könnten ausgetauscht werden (etwas versifft, aber da die Dusche groß genug ist, kann man dem ausweichen); Handtücher und Bettwäsche etwas fleckig
Auf jeden Fall eine perfekte Wohnung für kleinere Gruppen mit nicht allzu großem Budget, die eine Mischung aus Strandentspannung und Unternehmungen wollen.
